Looking at the girl, it seems that she fits in well here, with her currently blonde hair and smokey blue eyes. And well, she does. her skin is quite fair, and sometimes that can be a bad thing, she burns much easier than she tans, and she doesn't like it, so she gave up on tans at all, not even falling back on fake ones, which would fit her rather well. Her hair is naturally a dark brown, almost black colour. Obviously she gets it bleached to keep it the way it is, and she likes it. She doesn't want to change it any time soon, or at all, though that may change.

Halle takes a lot of pride in her appearance, she takes care of her skin, her hair and all that she needs to. She is of average weight and she isn't too tall, or rather short, she is somewhat average in that sense too. She isn't muscular really, and she doesn't work out. She appears quite thin, but really, for her it is normal, some have said that she is anorexic or bulimic because she is so thin, but it is just the way she is, and she is proud of it.

Halle tends to favor dresses, short ones, and long ones on formal occasions only. She is rather casual when just lasing about at home, trackies and tee shirts and plain hoodies most of the time. But when she goes out, it is far different, heels, flash dresses, make-up, the whole lot. She likes to make an impact on some people.

Personality:

If you were to go to Queens and ask anyone that knew Halle before she moved to Central about her, they would most likely say something along the lines of "of that bitch". And what they have to say about her wouldn't be too far from the truth, she is a bitch to the majority of the world that she knows. there are a few exceptions with her attitude towards people. one, her parents are around, two she actually likes you, or three she's putting an act on to be on your good side.

She craves attention and to be the favored person in a group. She has that with her family, her parents favor her over her older brother, and she was always the more popular sibling with everything and when she isn't getting the attention that she is so used to she gets a little moody and sometimes gets a little wild and angry just to get that attention that she craves.

Halle is quite lonely in life, even though she has all these friends, who are actually quite fake for the most part. she longs for a good true friendship, but doesn't know how to find one, since she has been playing fake since the day she could talk. Never had a real friend in her life and lonely as all the time.

History:

Born in Queens to a rich, loving family, with a happy mother, a happy father and a disappointed brother. Her older brother didn't want her to come along, he didn't want the attention to go from him to her. She was a happy, healthy baby, and she always got all the attention, with her brother getting next to none. There were many times that he did things to gain attention, many involving trying to hurt his baby sister. This got him in more trouble than he could handle and he turned into some damn troubled kid, while Halle grew into a sweet girl who had an amazing talent for lying and being a fake bitch, or so to say.

As they grew older, they got closer, but never too close, never as if they were best friends or anything like that. Halle was the favored child from the very begining. Her and her older brother have always had a rivalry going on, most of the time it was friendly, but sometimes it was not so friendly. That was shown when her brother stole her boyfriend, and that was when it all came out that they guy was gay, both of them. Halle was somewhat shattered by it, losing her boy to her brother and finding out that they were both gay. Since then the relationship between Halle and her brother has weakened and is now ragged and broken almost beyond mend.

Her parents decided that it was time for a move, so they packed the kids up and moved to an estate here, Central. The move was somewhat hard for both kids, mainly Halle's brother, since Halle didn't really have any real friends and such, all those she had were fake, she didn't see the point in having any real friends when she was trying to fight her way to the top. Now she is here, and she has only been here for a week now, she will be fighting her way to the top here as well, getting in the good books with the queen, well trying, just so she can knock her off and claim it for herself.
