Chloe has always been a tiny little thing. Her father used to joke that once she hit twelve, she just stopped growing and apart from the fact she did manage to devlop some curves, he mightn't have been too wrong. Standing at five foot four, Chloe definitely isn't the tallest girl in town but her height has never been an issue for her. That's what heels were made for anyway.

Body wise, she's just as small. Chloe Miller takes after her mother and is extremely petite. She's not sickly thin but she is slim , not to be confused with toned because Chloe stays away from exercise where possible. Thankgod for her fast metabolism. Arms are little, as a legs and neither are very long.
During her teen years she developed nicely, never having the biggest or most noticable curves but just the right shape and size for her body. Ofcourse, like every teenage girl, Chloe's wished her chest was larger or she had curvier hips but she's accepted that's all apart of being small.

She's definitely not your typical Californian beauty. No sunkissed glow, or flowing blonde hair but there is something special about her. Her skin is quite creamy during winter but thanks to her heritage, she has a nice tan during the warmer months and lucky for her, California is usually pretty sunny.

Against a light tan, her most striking feature stands out. Big, bright and a very light hazel, Chloe's eyes seem almost out of place with the rest of her darker features. They've always been the focal point of her face and Chloe's always been thankful she has something that makes her a little different. Usually lined with eyeliner and a coat or two of mascara, she's never been big on makeup unless going out in which case she goes to town on her eyes and lips.

Full lips give her a decnt pout. Infact, everything on her face seems a little over the top but it somehow comes together. Eyebrows are dark and thanks to her handy tweezers, managed fairly well and shaped as often as needed. Her nose is something she absolutely hates. It seems just a little too big and her bridge seems to come up a little too far for her liking.

Other than that though, she's pretty happy with her general appearance. Her face is a cute heart shape and she's been blessed with quite high cheek bones. Add a little blush and they highlight her face quite nicely and make her look a little older than she actually is.

Now for the hair. Blonde is way overdone in this town and Chloe would just look stupid with light hair. She's stuck to her natural brunette locks, only adjusting the shade when she feels like something different. She'll never stray from a base colour though and at the moment, her hair a dark brown that makes her eyes pop even more. Long and of average thickness, Chloe lets her hair sit in it's natural waves, only curling or straightening when she's bored or needs to go out.

Fashion is a big part of everyone's look right? Chloe is no different. Designers, ten dollar tops or thrift store bargains. She's definitely not a label whore. If it looks nice, she'll buy it, not caring who made it. Day to day attire usually consists of cute jeans, short shorts or flowing skirts and a cute top or blazer. Chloe is big on accesories and has draws and draws full of jewellery, bags and head bands.
For a night time look, she may skank it up abit depending on her mood. The joys of being small is that she can always rock heels without towering over the population and they looks quite nice with a tight dress and statement earrings.

Personality:

Chloe's undergone some major personality changes over the past few years. Her first two years of highschool she was your stereotypical prep. She loved attention, she hated anyone below her and her favourite activities included cheering, parties and shopping. When she looks back at her prior self, she sees nothing but a superficial little bitch who never knew what the real world was like. Over the last two or three years though, Chloe had changed dramatically and while traces of her old self still appear, she likes to think she's a different person.

The best thing about Chloe is how relaxed she seems to be. If you watched her for a day, you'd hardly see her break a sweat or worry about little things. She's see's no point in worrying about gossip or dramas that don't involve her and she's quite happy to go with the flow.

In general, she's not a mean girl. Infact, she's quite sweet and has a massive heart. Once upon a time, she wouldn't have wanted people to know that but now she's quite happy to wear her heart on her sleeve. You only live once and you may aswell make the most out of it. Chloe will be lovely to anyone she meets. Until she thinks anything else of you, she likes to believe everyone has a kind nature and they just need the right person to bring it out. Chloe is sweet and loving and hard to provoke.

If you do get on her bad side though, there's still a little of that bitchy girl inside her. It takes alot to push her but Chloe can have a quick tongue. Sure, she usually feels bad afterwards but some people deserve to be hit with a dose of karma. The easiest way to piss her off? Make mention of one of her family members. Chloe Miller will not hear a bad word about her little sisters. She's fiercly loyal to her family and devotes everything to her younger siblings.

Unlike most girls her age, Chloe isn't out to hook up and try out a bunch of different guys. Everything should be like a fairy tale. Every girl has a prince and true love is most definitely real. Or so she thinks. Chloe is big on relationships and while she may give a few guys drunken kisses on her wild nights, she's still looking for that great love you hear about. One thing she definitely could not be called is a slut. While she's not a virgin, she thinks it's meant to be special and usually holds out until she is in a serious relationship.

Always the girl her friends turn to for emotional support, Chloe appears strong but that isn;t exactly the case. Dealing with the loss of her mother, her fathers secret life and her new evil stepmother, Chloe has alot on her plate. She won't bitch or moan about it however and tends to bottle her emotions. Sometimes they get cried out and sometimes, she'll just snap completely about it.

Even though she's in college, Chloe isn't the biggest party animal. Sure, she has her nights where she'll drink heaps and dance her ass off, but it isn't a major thing for her. She's quite content with a movie, dinner or a chilled day at the beach. Her mother's death has taught her to appreaciate little things and that's what she tries to do.

History:

The Millers were your typical, wealthy couple. Sebastian Miller married Louise Miller when they were just nineteen and Chloe likes to think they were just so in love they couldn't wait. Together, they moved to California to persue their dream careers.

Coming from middle classed families, both parents learnt the value of hard work and their large bank accounts that were later to follow were always appreaciated. Louise's passion was her art. Sebastian was a photographer.
Within four years of their arrival in California, Sebastian was making it big in the business. Covers for Maxim, gallery shows of his photos, national geogrphic pictures. His range was broad and so the money rolled in and so did the recognition he'd wanted for so long.

Louise had mild success but that didn't deter her. At the age of twenty three she fell pregenant with their first baby. Chloe Paige Miller was born and instantly became her parents pride and joy.

Growing up, the little girl had everything she could ever want. While other kids had all the materialistic things, Chloe also had love. Being their only child, all Sebastian and Louises attention was paid to their daughter. Chloe quicly became a daddys girl and in her eyes, he could do no wrong.

Entering highschool. Chloe was more than excited. Pretty, wealthy and extremely bubbly, she fitted in with the preps instantly. Some where along the way, Chloe forgot how important it was to be kind and was more concerned with being at the top of her game. She started cheering, she started partying and more importantly, she started being a complete bitch.

Her father was always a way on business and in a way it was her way of letting her agression out. Her perfect, loving family had cracks by the time she was twelve and she soon began to notice the changes. Her mother stopped painting, her father was never home and Chloe never wanted to admitt to herself that her father was having an affair. She held too much respect for him and ignored all signs that her mother was severly depressed.

Everything came crashing down towards her Sophomore year of highschool. After hearing a heated argument between her parents, Chloe became aware that the other woman her father had been sleeping with was now five months pregenant with his child. This was the breaking point for Louise Miller.
Sebastian left to go to work and Louise didn't leave her room all morning. Ofcourse, Chloe was stuck in her own little bubble and didn't think twice about it. Pulling on her cheer uniform, she went to farewell her mother. Creaking the door open was the worst moment of her life. Empty pill bottles scattered across the floor and a limp body in the master bedroom was the end of Louise Miller and Chloe's life as she knew it.

Racked with guilt and sadness, that day changed Chloe and her relationship with her father. Anyone that asked was told her mother died of a heart attack. Suicide was such a morbid thought and she didn't want people thinking her mother was crazy.
To add salt to her wounds, just before her fathers love child was born, he married his mistress.

Emily Armstrong. A wannabe fashion model, fifteen years her father's junior and a complete whore in Chloe's eyes. The day she moved into her parents house, Chloe lost all respect for her father and the love she once felt for him has been dulled. Her sister Bethany was born soon after and though Chloe didn't like the circumstances, she has adored the little girl since day one. Two years later, her youngest sister Tamieka was born.

Everything changed. Chloe was no longer close to her family. She grew apart from the preppy girls at school and just chilled out alot more. Her sisters became the loves of her life and her focus was on school and just being happy.

Now eighteen and in her Freshman year of college, Chloe still lives in her afthers home and is studying to be a teacher after her new found love of children.
