requirements for scrolling affiliationdue to the amount of affiliate requests sites must now meet the following guidelines for scrolling affiliation:
-must have fifty plus members
-your button must be eighty eight by thirty one
-our button goes up first
-must be an active site opened for at least one month
-we have the right to turn you down  <a target="_blank" href="http://californiarpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?"><img src="http://i41.tinypic.com/2a9skug.png" border="0"></a>no form here, just post the button code disclaimer: any new guidelines do not apply to affiliates who have applied prior to the date of the modifications. as a side note, the guidelines are more stricter due to multiple sites affiliating and then going inactive within a week. thank you for your understanding. the guidelines will be modified again once traffic slows down.
why should you affiliate? central opened three years ago and is still going strong today! affiliates are constantly cleaned to ensure the most viewing time for your button and with over one hundred members here at central you're guaranteed to get views!

We have updated your affiliation to static and we would like in return to be static as well. If you have any questions please contact our admin angel. Here is our new button, the old one can be removed from scrolling.
