Not Available. She's the leader of the pack; the one the whole school bows down to. Everyone wants to be her. She's very witty, confident and self-absorbed. A pack of girls follow her around like puppy dogs, following her every command. The queen bee could say the dumbest thing in the world, but who are you to retaliate? You'd just end up getting shot down. That pack of puppy dogs bite if edged on. Sure, there's a lot of competition to take her down, but it would take a lot of guts, and a lot of power and sneaky planning to take this bitch down.
These girls rule the school under the queen bee's supervision. It's a relatively small group considering the requirements: perfection, confidence, loyalty, bitchiness, wit...did I mention perfection? They need to keep their guard up; the Queen could drop them on a dime if she really wanted. A Royal Court member who gets kicked from the crew moves drastically down in the food chain, usually ending up in the outcasts who spend their days hiding from others. But besides that, enjoy the intentional backstabbing and ability to bully around groups lower then you.
The most popular guys in the school are pretty much required to play a sport. This group of Jocks are generally the hottest guys in school. Sure, there are a few misfits who play some sports, but don't really own the crowd. But the big guys, like the captains of the teams, they get the spotlight. They have great muscles and always have the eyes of the royal court on them, trying to find the best boy to make a boyfriend out of. Did I mention being the Queen Bee's boyfriend is the ultimate place to be? You get almost as much power as the queen herself, ability to boss around the other jocks without argument and a bunch of jealous girls who are willing to have sex with you behind your girlfriends back. But be careful boys. When you're in the spotlight all the time, everybody's watching. One mistake, even a tiny one can really bump you down in the food chain where other jocks out for revenge will pick at your guts. But no worries. Just make sure to be a bully to get status points.
These are the boys who have everything the jocks do, except they don't need to play sports to have it all. They throw the best parties, have the sexiest girlfriends and own large amounts of money. Nothing can move them from their position of power. That is, except for money issues. Lose a few millions and you're out. Simple as that. This group is full of a lot of lies and cover ups. Oh, and usually they are too high to care if you find them out, though they'll cover that up too.
Not available at this time. These girls are similar to the royal court except for the fact that they play sports. The royal courts wouldn't want to break a nail even cheerleading, which most of the preps do. This group is also pretty much perfect. The captain and co captain of the cheer squad have a pretty big responsibility of picking on the cutest, prettiest and best cheerleaders for their team. The jocks are constantly getting distracted during games by your flips and your legs in those short skirts you have on. Preps are in a very safe group. The only problem would be if you happen to get cut for reasons of talent, or because the captain dislikes you. Always stay on the captains good side because she has all the say. Though if you do get cut, you can always work your way to the royal court, now can't you?
This group is made up of mostly girls and some extremely sexy guys with gorgeous accents. It doesn't matter what type of accent you have, if you have one and you're pretty, you're welcome in this group. This group lives in a world by themselves. There is a separate leader who isn't called a queen, but it's known by other members of this clique. They mostly date in their own group, though scoring a jock is looked upon as a good thing. There is a slight threat, like any clique to be knocked down. Unfortunately for this group, the other option is the geeks. Sure, you can probably get into a higher group, but if the Queen Bee realizes you've been kicked to the curb by another queen, chances are she'll call you a geek and be done with it. If it isn't already obvious, the Queen Bee and Queen of the exchange students do talk secretly.
Oh my how annoying they are. This is the group that is slowly making their way to the top. This is where those in the bottom of the food chain who are fed up with it get their start. It isn't a bad group to start off with if you really want to make it. All the royal court had to start somewhere, right? And who knows, you may get a lucky break and be called upon by the Queen Bee to serve her (as if you don't worship her already). You just need to prove yourself and dominate the group. Really stand out. This group doesn't have much of a threat of moving down in the food chain. Once you're a wannabe, the only place to go is up to the royal court. Then once you get there it's time to watch your back...
Alright, the title sounds bad but it isn't the worst thing to be a nerd. Ever hear of geek chic? This group is full of the smarter people in the school. Those who could out wit you in a matter of seconds. You have a lot of power in the school. You can access school files because of your amazing ability to suck up. You can also tattle on the jocks and get them in trouble as much as you like. On the other hand, you probably shouldn't do that because you'll end up shoved in a locker again. There's a lot of power on both angles in this clique, though this clique can get a bit messy and separated at times with a lot of drama.
This is a group of the cattiest people in school. However, they don't like the spotlight. They play the behind the scene role of getting the latest story, changing it a bit, spreading it throughout school and then taking credit. A lot of the royal court use these girls to get their story across, always talking a little louder when a gossip walks by. Of course they claim to hate them every other day, but secretly everyone loves the drama. The plus side to this is you always know everything first, though this group is tough to be in. Other girls in the group aren't afraid to talk about you behind your back. This group has the most power in the whole school, but it's something known, not said. Everyone still likes to pretend the Queen Bee owns the world. They like that authority figure.
This is the group who couldn't give less a shit about the food chain. They refuse to bow down to the queen bee. They refuse to wear what's in style. They do the opposite of what's expected. They smoke, drink, do drugs, skip class. Anything against the system. Sure, there are consequences. They get detention all the time and probably won't get into college, but oh well, they'll grow up to be hippies who live off the earth anyways.
This group is very similar to other lower cliques, though they tend to be a combination and need their own separate group. What also separates them from others is that this group depends heavily on their music. They write it, sing it, play it. They form bands and rock out in their garage. They occasionally even compete against other bands at shows. The girls in the lower groups usually drool over the boys in this group and the girl rockers have even greater respect with the other boy punks drooling over them. They are known for their moshing abilities and their hardcore dress. It is also a characteristic that they compete in some hardcore sport on the side such as surfing, skateboarding or maybe even dirt biking. The more extreme, the better.
Overly confident and over the top is the best way to describe this group. This is the group of girls and boys who honestly think they are the shit. They have obnoxious colored hair and obnoxious make-up. They are the easily distinguished group of the bottom feeders in the food chain (though they think they are the top). They love high dramatics and watching kid cartoons on the weekend. They drink, they smoke, but then claim to be helpful to the environment by becoming vegetarian. Did I mention, just like most of the royal court they are super skinny. They even have great potential to be part of the royal crew if they didn't think they ran the school already.
The group of people thrive off music. They grew out of the screamo stage and went onto rockabilly and folk stuff. Both genders of this clique love to shop. They smoke and drink but not because they think they need to but think it needs them. They are a bit stuck up but mostly laid back people. You might even catch them surfing the waves. They are the trendsetters that everybody seems to tolerate because they are generally friendly and always up-to-date. There's a ton of lust, flings and secrets among these cliques, but it just makes them more desirable.
Their lives revolve around one thing: the play at the end of the year. They prepare for it by reciting lines, making costumes, painting sets and setting up the sound equipment. They play the instruments and sing as often as possible. They have an obsession with musicals and old English literature. And just like their clique, they love drama. They often fight with each other over the smallest things, like what color green the tree should painted. And although they don't get much attention, at the end of the year they always throw an incredible show.
These are the people who come to school high as hell every day. They couldn't give a shit about life, and that's the way they like it. They hardly go to class and are always hooking up with people whose name they don't know. They are extremely into sex, which is the next best thing to drugs. Girls who were rejected from the royal court usually end up here because of their slutty antics. They are considered at the bottom of the food chain, but they get their thrill out of refusing to give jocks drugs and pissing them off. Usually they give in though and are the dealers for the whole school. Nobody messes with people who have drugs because if they did, where would they get their fix?
The political outcast of the school, they tend to depend on each other. They enjoy protest, music, and some drugs now and then. They tend to be the people who think outside the box. Very artistic, and very strong in their ideals. The group is not prejudice of any other clique, and will most likely be the most neutral out of all of them. They avoid violence and conflict of any kind, and tend to just move with the day. They love everyone, but not everyone loves them back.
Everybody knows someone who's ended up in this group. This clique can't really be called a clique at all. Every person in this group steers clear of everyone. It's made up of mostly has-been's who will probably never be again. They don't talk to anybody, eat lunch in the bathroom by themselves and usually no one cares about them. If they're lucky, maybe they can find a place in the rave crowd or the emo group, but mostly they keep to themselves, maybe mingling with another outcast here and there.
After graduation, many of the students decide to attend Central College, a brand new institue that was established in Central due to the growing population. Central College isn't just some community college - it takes a lot of effort to get into the prestigious school, so if you slacked off during High School, expect to be forced into being a townie. ("Other College" is not available to new characters, but only to move ups.)
Did you drop out of high school? Decide not to go to college? Or maybe you're the mayor of Central! Those who live around town belong in this group!

clique relations (you don't have to read all the clique relations, only your clique)
queen bee, royals, jocks, preps, classics
These cliques are the hierarchy of Central. They always stick together and stick their nose up to any other cliques. The Queen is the most praised and hated girl in Central while the Royal Courtiers and the other higher cliques do her bidding. They tolerate the obedient cliques because they praise the Queen and don't dare cross her. Plus, it makes the hierarchy cliques feel powerful to have other cliques look up to them. As for the rebellious, they constantly torture those scum cliques and continuously pick on the lowest cliques. The Queen has ultimate clique changing power, so if any of the hierarchy gets caught gallivanting with a lower clique, they can expect to be outcasted immediately.
wannabes, exchange students, gossips, and geeks
The obedient cliques are stuck in the middle of the clique feud. They respect to hierarchy but sometimes communicate with the lower cliques. The majority of these cliques are looking for a way in to the hierarchy, are fraternizing with the hierarchy, or are trying to avoid getting thrown into a dumpster by some jock.
rebels, punks, scenesters, hipsters, drama freaks, and druggies
The rebellious cliques absolutely hate the Queen and her posse. Any clique higher than them on the food chain they completely despise. Occasionally, they tolerate the obedient, but mostly they roll their eyes and insult the hierarchy.
hippies and outcasts
The odd ball cliques of the food chain are just trying to get by in this world of cliques. You might have ended up as an outcast if you were thrown out of the court by the Queen or shunned by the rebellious cliques while the hippies refuse to see any barriers and communicate with everyone freely and peacefully. They're the odd ball cliques that either don't talk or don't shut up.
