Okay so I have been thinking of loads of different ideas to try and get something going, and as I have limited brain cells, I came up with a grand total of two!
a) - DRAMA! I was thinking someone pisses Whitney off big time, and then see what happens from there. Obviously she is going to want revenge which will be so funnnn, and a big bitchfest will explode. This could be anything really, we could pull as many different people in to make it as complicated or as simple as possible.
b) - PARTY! How fun would one big party be?! Like just, a HUGE party, everyone invited. It would be pretty mental but I imagine so much could happen, and we all love dramaaaa. It could be at Whitney's house, and everyone could be invited, minus a couple of cliques obviously because hey, she's still the queen.
I don't know, I'm just rambling now. Give me idea's and I'll give you a cookie, ahaha. 
Oo I thought of one more!
c) - An ex, or ex best friend showing up at the school? Coming back to bite her in the butttt. Wow, that would be interesting.
Whitney defo needs like, a 'right hand man', someone she can kind of depend on. Royal Court obviously, or maybe even prep. She could always boost a prep up. I'm waffling on again, deary me. ;D
Okay okay, got another!
d) - Like, maybe either a guy whose really sweet, and genuine, but who Whit just like, ignores because he doesn't stand out, or the bad boy, who kind of uses her for power and sex? I don't know, I'm up for anything.
NEEDED:
A guy for Whitney to have a druken fling with at a party. She's gonna' be ashamed of it afterwards, because she doesn't do one night stands and the guy is gonna' be a little embarassing for her to be associated with, maybe? It needs to be someone Whitney would go for, so no mental face piercings or waist length hair. Apart from that, anyone!

to combine the two, i have bella, miss amighty. maybe in plan a and c, since i just randomly decided bella's from paris, she's an exchange student and all, that maybe she and whitney used to be nest nest friends till something and whitney left, and then like randomly bella decided she wants to be the queen bee and there's a big bithfight? idk, bella's just a perfect drama magnet. and if there was a party bella would be the center of because she's an alcoholic and loves to party like every other girl in california.

Well Whit has always been from California so, I suppose that's going to be difficult. They could know each other from the party scene, and have been really close then? Then I don't know, maybe Bella made out with Whitney's boyfriend at a party and she's just hated her since? Or the other way round? The only thing with her trying to become Queen Bee, is that like, when it fails, Whit is gonna detest her and is gonna make her an outcast, and I don't wanna do that to you ahaha.

has she ever been to paris? lol maybe on vacation they met and kept in touch. and yada yada yada, then maybe instead of queen bee bella just brings up stuff whitney would rather keep secret?

Yeah, she could have come with her parents whilst they were doing some business-y kinds of things. And that's perfect! What kind of secrets are you thinking of? I need to think of some ways of her getting revenge, aha.

Sooo because I'm a loser and have no life I thought of some ideas that could cause some more drama in Whitney's life...
Idea A;; (only works if Whitney is the type to get drunk at parties) Maybe she gets drunk and sleeps with a guy who she normally wouldn't even show an interest in unless she was using them and someone at the party sees them either heading upstairs -winkwink- or whatever and then hangs it over her head or whatever they wanna do.
Idea B;; It seems like Whitney is use to being lavished with attention by the male and female race, well what if some new kid or older kid or whatever didn't lavish her with her with attention, which I'm guessing would confuse her, but probably not actually bug her, but if said boy was always aroundto ignore her and call her out on stuff then maybe it starts to bug her and then she wants to know why he or she if you prefer isn't bowing at her feet or whatever...
yeah thats all I got...weird how I can never think of plots for myself, but I can think of tons for everyone else...Xd |

Bella -- yepp, that sounds good to me. just say when you wanna start something up.
Cisco -- i love the first idea! i'm thinking Whit could get drunk and go with a guy that either she just assumes is a classic or a jock or something, or that she wants but knows she shouldn't, but of course with alcohol submits. Then Cisco could spread it, either intentionally or not? And then he could try and apologise or the time and Whit would be like, whatever, die. Orrr he could just not care, and she'd be equally as angry? I'm waffling now, aha.

Okie Dokie! Well since Cisco is a junior is college, I don't suspect that he'll know too many high schoolers, but of course, it'll leak down and whoever she sleeps with will probably brag that they tapped Whitney Maria or whatever and Cisco will desperatly try to apologize since he wouldn't have meant to make her angry or yadda yadda yadda.

Tyler & Whitney
he's a jock, senior, laidback and very protective of his friends. no real ideas here...
Stella & Whitney
Shes a punk, senior and laidback, alcoholic, tough/hardcore. she's sort of not one to follow the heirachy and so would possibly ignore whitney for that reason, not particularrly caring that she's queen bee. so that could piss her off. but if whit and her had some fun or got up to mischeif out one night then party friend? or maybe whit and a mutual enemy were fighting and stella stepped in to support whitney just cause she hated the other girl, so they became some sort opf friends? ether way could get involved in the plot with bella.
Ari & Whitney
Senior Prep. Bubbly, Outgoing and hyper fun crazy, transfer. So as a prep, I'm guessing some sort of friend? Do with them as you will... Maybe when discussing the party, Whitney read that Ari has no parents in cali, so suggests they could throw it at her place (she's loaded) and Ari won't have it, which annoys Whitney, since she's not obeying or whatever, but was just fishing with what she read on the bathroom wall, seeing if there was more gossip etc. Anyway, Ari would love the party!
Charlotte & Whitney
Wannabe Junior, and sweet and innocent. She adores Sam and the other royal court girls and of course Whitney, even thogh she sorta idolizes Sam. Whitney could manipulate her? idk. Despite her adoration, she tends to at least act pretty cool without being bitchy, and her mom married into a hugely rich family a few years ago.
Yeah, hope that helps. I'll get involved however, I love plots!

Urmm .. I like Stella & Whitney sooo how about ..
Whit has a private party at a club or something, then Whit meets Stella at the bar and thinks she looks like a prep so is like, "oh i haven't met you before, do you want to come in?" then because it looks like a good party, Stella pretends she is?
