Appearence:
Julianna has always been a small girl with a fast metabolism. She figures genetics and other factors are responsible for this, such as the fact that she has been an avid track runner since middle school. Although she doesn't run as a part of a team anymore thanks to her record of skipping and being tardy, she still likes to run and jog for exercise. She dreads the day her metabolism begins to slow down and she starts to put on some weight.Personality:
Even though she is short, her body is lithe and her limbs and torso look somewhat elongated and elegant. There is barely any muscle tone left in her midsection but the projection of her hipbones and ribcage through her smooth, taut skin is still appealing to look at. Her facial features, though, are her best assets. They are, for the most part, soft and natural looking except for her eyes. She has the bold, wide eyes of a divine being, even though she is anything but. She has naturally wavy brown hair which she will straighten on occasion, but usually she doesn't mess with it too much. Shes content with wearing it down and flowing, or styled up into a messy bun, letting her bangs come down to frame her soft face.
She doesn't look at herself as fashionable because she rarely follows trends, and she likes being original in what she wears. If she sees someone wearing the exact same t-shirt she has, chances are she will never wear it again. She admires unorthodox jewelery and purses, and shoes that match her outfit. She has so many shoes its ridiculous, most of them being artsy ballet flats or flip-flops.
Playful, sweet, naive, and mischievous are all words that can be used to describe Julianna, a typical teenager living on the west coast, intent on making it through her last years of schooling. Although she has contemplated dropping out a number of times, she knows she would never get permission from her rigid mother. She could wait until shes eighteen to drop out, but she would be too close to graduation and she would feel like an utter idiot. It's not that Julianna is lazy or unmotivated, she just feels that she is wasting her time. Since the tender age of six, Julie has been playing the piano non-stop, and she had always dreamed of becoming a well known musician and composer. Being idealistic at times, she plans on finding her musical soul mate, eloping off to Vegas, and living a fantastic and romantic life with him.History:
For the most part, Julianne is a loyal and caring friend, and a good student despite the fact that she skips whenever she wants and engages in other rebellious teenage activity like sneaking out late at night, attending out-of-control parties and messing with boys she barely knows. She finds solace in drugs and people who like to party because she always seems to be striving for some sort of attention, or looking for some sort of release.
At times she can be quite the skeptic and cynic, especially when it comes to older men because she never knows what to expect from them. Intoxicate her a little, though, and shes yours for the night, but only for that night. She probably won't be coming around for you again unless she really, really likes you or you just so happen to be a close friend. Anyway, if you manage to capture her trust while her judgment is not impaired, she'll be your friend for life. She'll always be there to listen, or to lend a shoulder for someone to cry on. She tends to become attached to her female friends, viewing them more as sisters instead of best friends. Julianna is known for being easily amused and she is always looking for a way to please her friends and those close to her. She absolutely loves to laugh and have fun.
Julianne is capable of using her innocent appearance and charming wit to woo people into submission so she can maneuver them into giving her what she wants, whether it is a physical or material desire. She would never do anything excessively vile, and though it’s hard to get on this side of her, she often manipulates the people she doesn’t like. “Passive aggressive” would be a better term to describe this, meaning she’ll be friendly to your face but do little underhanded things to ruin your day, or embarrass you.
Julianna was born on October 10, and adopted into the Ross family a couple days later. Her biological mother was still too young to be having a baby, and the father ran away as soon as he found out he got his girlfriend pregnant once crazy night. Instead of aborting she chose to give birth to the baby and then give it to a couple who couldn't concieve, like Calleigh and James Ross. After a couple years of living in Minnesota, the family moved to lovely Beverly Hills, California.Sample Rp:
All throughout her childhood, James has been the more lenient parent. He let Julianne get away with more and he was more laid back about letting her go out and stay out late at night. Often times she felt dislocated from her family but she still adored them, but longed for a little more attention or “family bonding time” since they never seemed to do anything together.
Since James was a renowned plastic surgeon in the practice he worked for, Calleigh was able to quit her job and become a stay-at-home mom, which eliminated the need for a babysitter or housekeeper while James was away filling in botox or reshaping noses. Even though Calleigh was a very caring mother, she was often too careful and never seemed to approve of what Julianna was doing. In a way she was quite rigid and didn't trust Julie as much as her father did. Whenever Julianna had free time she let her mother teach her how to play on their antique, creaky grand piano, and Julie absolutely loved it. It has been her most intense passion for years.
With his compromised eyesight, James is no longer as prominent as he used to be because he can no longer lead intricate, in depth surgery. Instead his does more minimally invasive plastic surgery and still gets a nice cash flow despite the recent recession.
The Ross family currently resides in a nice house in Central, California. James is still doing well with his occupation, and Julianna is looking forward to the day she can leave high school and pursue her dreams.
Celeb:Tesco Extra was, no doubt, one of James favorite places to shop. Even though it was situated ten minutes from Cambridgeshire (which is a long way away for him because he doesn’t have a car) he didn’t mind taking the commute. The city buses didn’t have a reputation for being clean or luxurious, which became obvious to him as he glanced quickly to the floor to realize that amidst his fidgeting, he stepped on what looked like part of a banana peel. It was beginning to take on a disgusting light brown color, and with a quick flick of his ankle James sent it flying back down the aisle. The plastic seats were an exhausting shade of yellow and the lack of a cushion made his seatbones ache. The bus was barely half filled with people, most of which looked a bit creepy, but that was to be expected at 9:45 in the evening on Saturday.
Cool air flooded into his lungs as he stepped off the bus and onto the pavement, which stretched out like a sea until it met the front doors of the hypermarket. There always seemed to be an endless amount of shoppers of every age and background filing into or out of the entrance, and there always cars parked between the faded white lines. Sometimes every single stall in the parking lot was occupied, but that only happened on the holidays. Anyway James joined the rest of the crowd and walked through the automatic sliding glass doors, his eyes were met with the usual sections and items, except for the clearance and special holiday items rack, which was always changing. He took a moment to browse the holiday section to see if there was anything he could buy and send home to his father and younger sister. James hadn’t sent them anything since his arrival in England nearly a year ago, not even a single letter or e-mail, and he wanted to mail them something to let them know he was thinking about them. He hated to admit it but he was beginning to feel homesick for the first time in a long time. It wasn’t so much his relatives that he missed, but more the familiar sights and sounds he grew up around. That, and unlike his bedroom back home, his dorm lacked character and it barely looked like anyone lived in there.
