Syd is gorgeous. And she knows it. Her long mocha brown hair comes about midway down her back. The blonde highlights littering her locks give a shimmer, and compliments her perfectly bronzed skin. Her eyes are a deep, chocolate brown, usually expressive and a giveaway of her feelings. Her eyes give the impression of a good listener, someone who cares, and that's almost always true. Her full pouty lips can often be found bare, or with a light color shimmering over the skin. Syd enjoys her good looks and doesn't wear much makeup, if any at all. Her ears are pierced simply, though she does have a belly button ring she often takes out so her parents don't see it.

Syd's got a nice body, she's thin in the proper places and curvy, she did modeling in high school and has no problem letting anyone know it. She's got some muscle here and there, but not enough to make her look bulky. Syd takes great care of herself, going to gyms regularly and getting the exercise she needs to keep looking the way she does.

As for clothes well... Syd will wear just about anything, as long as it's comfortable. She'll wear tattered jeans and a frilly top if she likes it. But she wouldn't be seen in the types of clothes her sister wears. She's not into band tees or skinnys, but she won't discriminate on them just because she doesn't like to wear them. No matter what she's wearing, you can guarantee she likes it, and she's almost ALWAYS in heels.

Personality:

Syd's a generally nice person. She's got her good points and bad ones. As far as a friend goes, she doesn't hate anyone unless given a damn good reason. She's very accepting of anyone problems, and won't discriminate unless she thinks there's a possible harm to her life or her family.

She's fiercely protective over her friends, but not overtly so. Being her friend could be very easy, so long as you don't put stipulations on the relationship. Over her family her protectiveness is different. She's worried about her sister, because she knows McKenzie's personality. She may go a little overboard and be a little intrusive, sometimes even dishonest, but she does it out of love. She's usually a very honest person, even if you'd rather not. She does have a few secrets though, and she'll do almost anything to protect them.

Syd may be quiet at times, but she's a very avid thinker. She likes school and is fairly good at it, she considers herself lucky to be one of the girls who both beautiful and smart. She's never been afraid of much, just the typical fears of her parents finding out the things about her that she doesn't want the to know. She's terrified of her little sister finding out what she does on the nights she's 'doing homework' or 'meeting with people'. She's afraid her sister will either tell her parents, or make an example of her and follow it.

Syd loves anything active, whether it be sports or just for fun. She's not one of the girls who's nervous about getting dirt under her manicured nails, or getting a little dirty from playing with the boys. She's determined and usually helpful, though occasionally she may seem a bit selfish or conceited.

She enjoys a good time, even if it may not be exactly appropriate, but she only lets loose when she knows no one she knows is around, she's an occasional drinker and rarely a smoker, but she's not opposed to the occasional party drug. No one knows that, but it's still a part of her life.

History:

Sydney Hoppus was born on October 30th, in the middle of the day. She's the oldest of two daughters given to her parents, and in the eyes of those parents, the one with all the talent. Her parents are both very well known lawyers, and as such, pushed her into the field of forensic science. She does enjoy it, but she might have chosen something else had her parents not pushed.

She was always the 'good' one, while the younger McKenzie was always doing what she could to annoy their parents, Sydney was always the one looked upon to make them proud. She excelled in school, and in life. Her boyfriends she brought home were always upstanding gentlemen, and she 'never' acted inappropriate with them. Her parents believe she is still a virgin, because she's not married. And she wants them to believe that.

As a rich kid, Syd never had to work to pay for anything, but she grew restless living up to the image her parents had for her. She did a modeling stint in high school, but it piqued an interest in the wild life for her. She went further, clubbing, drinking, moving on to stripping and the occasional party drug. Her current favorite is Ecstasy, but she always has to let it wear off before she goes home. She's not really a one night stand kind of girl, but she does enjoy the casual encounters. She usually prefers her guys to be the ones that her parents wouldn't like, and the type who won't call her later.
