Damon's tall with rather short, spiky black hair. Often his clothes match, he casually dresses in dark classic colors and is rarely seen in anything bright. His eyes are a deep and piercing blue, misleading to a fault. As for body type Damon is fairly thin, and very little body fat. He takes pride in his appearance, but not so much as to be vain. His lean body is adorned with a small variety of tattoos; a red and black X on the back of his neck, his initials along the inside of his middle finger, a large black spider spanning his back, and 'Unbreakable' arched over his lower stomach. He has seven body piercings, one in his tongue, six lining the underside of his manhood. He very rarely wears any form of makeup, usually only on Halloween or something like it. He generally gives off the look of someone who thinks they're better than everyone else, the 'bad boy', but he really isn't, and he doesn't think that way. His eyes tend to be a little more expressing than he would like, so he often wears dark sunglasses to keep his inner thoughts from being found out by someone with good people skills.

Personality:

Damon's fairly quiet, he gets his point across without raising his voice most of the time. He's got a slight complex, he doesn't think he's better than everyone else, but he comes off that way. Complete disregard of personal boundaries, he'll flirt with a girl in front of her boyfriend. He's got a slight temper, and a violent nature, but he channels it all through physical activity. He's very old fashioned, from the way he was raised. He'll never hit a woman, he bows and opens doors for all his one night stands. He's very sexual, and has no problems expressing it. Shamelessly. He's smart, loves to spend an evening reading a book in some foreign language. When asked about family he's compelled to lie, to avoid the embarrassment he got in Italy and spare himself the trouble of having to move again and start over.
Sarcastic and secretive, he often rubs people the wrong way without trying to, he comes off as a 'bad boy' but he's not really that bad. He wears dark classic colors most of the time and dislikes cars. Odd for a guy, but still. He likes working on and riding motorcycles, he does enjoy street racing for extra cash and for the thrill. He's very awkward and uncomfortable around children, anyone under the age of 15.

History:

Damon was born as the oldest child into a very wealthy Italian family. As a child he had a severe temper problem, and was treated with therapy, unsuccessfully. It started to effect him however, after his baby sister was born. She and he were inseparable, and when he got upset and angry, she calmed him. The two were best friends through school, even though they rarely saw each other during the day. Damon discovered puberty and grew into it quickly. He lost his virginity to an older girl at school at age 15, after skipping two full grades, and after that he began bedding many girls at his school. His biggest mistake, according to him, was a young woman named Mary. He began dating Mary when he was 17, she put an end to his long streak of one night stands and quick lays. He earned his license and as a gift from his father, his first motorbike. He started racing it underground illegally for the thrill, and he was good at it. He was accepted early into college, having finished high school two full years early and receiving a partial scholarship. He and Mary dated for just about two years, and on his nineteenth birthday, his heart was broken. It was discovered that she'd had a different boyfriend for nearly three years, and had been lying to him the whole time. The other boyfriend found out, and took it into his own hands of vengeance. Unable to stand that his girlfriend had cheated on him, Vincent, a friend of Damon's and the 'other boyfriend', invited Summer to a small party at his home. The fifteen year old cheerleader was thrilled to be invited to a college party, and went happily. Damon was invited as well, but in a different manner. Vincent claimed he wanted to 'talk', and put the entire 'Mary mess' behind them and forgive each other, since they were afterall friends. Summer first arrived, and was jumped by a group of five, tied down and stripped. When Damon arrived he was also ambushed, restrained. His phone was taken, broken, and cast aside. With her brother watching, Vincent carefully injected a lethal dose of heroine into Summer, as 'payback'. Damon was instructed to sleep with Summer. After an argument, Summer begged. Vincent agreed that after the act was done, he'd call an ambulance. Summer's pleading voice was the tidepuller, and the incest was committed to keep her from dying. Vincent didn't call an ambulance. He called the police, after filming the act. Damon was arrested for rape, despite Summer's testimony that it was to save her. The two still see each other, but in secret because Damon's family disowned him. She holds no grudge, and still thinks of her brother as her best friend. During her holidays she tells her family she's going to see her female friend in America, and since the family has no idea where Damon's moved to, they don't suspect. He moved many times, trying to find a place to settle, and finally moved to California. He got his bartending license and found a job, still racing his bike when possible. He has the funds to live in one of the better parts of town, in a more modern and luxurious home, but he prefers the simple and calm surroundings.

Wyn sat at the house, Zack could be heard in the kitchen whining.
"... Million! How would anyone expect a teacher to have a MILLION, just to give away?!"
"Not to give away Zack, to trade for her kid."
"Which you don't like! You hate kids Wyn."
"You act like I don't know that, Z." Wyn stood up and brushed his fingers through his freshly cut hair.
"I like her. And I like her kid." Zack's jaw dropped. He knew his best friend HATED kids, all forms of them until they were at least teenagers.
"And that's why you want to...?"
"Yes." Zack was cut off as Wyn walked over to him.
"I'm going to do it, and you're not going to convince me otherwise." Zack pouted for a moment and backed down. He wasn't an argumentative sort of person.
"Be careful." Wyn walked into his bedroom and pulled a small metal box down from his closet, somewhere Zack couldn't even find, let alone see or reach. After entering a code he removed a pair of shiny silver pistols, something he'd gotten for protection. He checked that they were loaded and left the box open on the bed, ignoring the shocked and scared look from Zack as he walked into the living room with them.
"I'll be back soon." He looked at his friend and tucked them into the backside of his belt, unseen by anyone behind him. Zack just gave a quiet nod and let Wyn leave in silence.
