holly ran across the sand on her tip-toes, headed to the waves. her long hair had been pulled back in a pony tail, and she wore a simple navy bikini with black detaling. her white singlet, denim shorts, flip-flops and towel had been left on the sand behind her with a fiberglass surfboard. holly had brought it down to the beach that ealy morning, hoping to check out the local tides. she'd quickly been informed that it was dangerous to surf here cause of the kids and the surface of the beach was shallow in parts. there was a surf beach futher along. holly considered going down there, but it'd be a long walk and by the looks of the tides, there wasn't alot of swell that morning anyway. so she set down her board and settled for a swim.
as soon as the salt water was rushing around her ankles she jumped and leapt under the water in a dive. swiming under a unbroken wave she headed futher out, surfacing with a grin. the currents had pulled the band from her hair so it fell down over her sholders, she pushed it out of her face as she relaxed in the cool waters.
after swimming back and forth along the beach, about half an hour after her dive in, she started to head back in. the beach was still fairly empty, it was a saturday but alot people were still asleep, despite it being mid-morning by now. she reached the shallows and started to step through the water as the tiny waves broke around her. just as holly turned back to look out at the horizon again, a larger wave crashed down on her, it wasn't a big or dangerous wave in any way, but it took her by suprise and the brunette was thrown forward, tossed by the motions. moments later she pushed her way back to air, gasping a little. holly rubbed the salt out of her eyes, pushing her fringe out of her eyes. she ducked under in the lull, in an attempt to get the sand of her face and out of her hair. finally she stated to head out again, wanting to get something to drink before going back in. it wasn't like holly had anything else to do that day, she was content to spent it at the beach. she was new to the town, and didn't know anyone around here other then her gorgeous horses she'd trucked over to windsor. she wanted a fresh start, where she was unknown. that way her and her horses could show the world what they were made of, without the gossip behind them. she headed up towards her towel, trying to find a water bottle.

Appearence:
Tallie has looks that are not easily forgotten and her smile seems to light it all up. Casually she always opts for comfort first, looks second, and yet she pulls it off brilliantly. On a night out Tallie is set to party, and not being the type of girl to spend ages getting ready, shes also not the type to get dressed up and look super girly with pastels and pinks. Opting for darker or brighter shades for makeup and clothing, and her makeupis more of a natural look, with eyeliner, shadow and mascara.Personality:
Clothing wise she often chooses shorts, jeans and singlets or tops with some jewelery and outerweat such as cardigans and jackets or hoodies and sweats as the occasion and weather permits. She can get dressed up if need be, but still tends to fall short of going all out, as takes on a slightly more casual stand. Her long blond hair falls past her sholders, and is naturally wavy, but sometimes styled straight. More often then not it is left down to hang loose, but sometimes is in a ponytail or messy bun.
She has a clear, pale complexion, due to her Swedish heritage and bright blue-green eyes, which tend to catch most people's attention first. Tallie's taller then average, but not by much, and she is considered skinny, fitting a size 6, but in not really skeletal. Her ears are peirced twice and she has her mid cartalidge and tragis priced, but doesn't usually wear them anymore. A same tattoo of a swallow rests on her hip, and a tiny star on her wrist.
-- CURIOUS AND STUBBORNHistory:
Tallie is extremely hard-headed and persistent in almost every situation. These qualities make her inquisitive and sometimes, an instigator. She isn't quiet about her opinions and refuses to back down from any challenge. Tallie has a tendency to charge in without thinking of the consequences. She isn't revengeful or spiteful but will prove herself a formidable adversary if you piss her off.
-- LOYAL AND TOUGH
Tallie grew up with noone really willing to look after her. More often then not she was on her own, either because of the neglect of her guardians or her running away. She's tough, because of it, and doesn't easily back down. Very capable of fighting her own battles, Tallie will fight almost any battle, but especially one for her friends, and those she's close too. Despite all this, she is ore often then not just kdding around, which is obvious in her cheeky smile. So long as they can take it, she'll nudge and muck around with a friend, even tackling them. It doesn't mean anything, and usually ends in laughter
-- ATHLETIC AND UN-COORDINATED
From the time she was a young girl, Tallie always showed an affinity for any type of physical activity, whether it was simply running around the yard or regulated sports like soccer. Having a competitive streak but not the type to take it too seriously, Tallie enjoys sports. yet at the same time, she's ridiculously uncoordinated. constantly stumbling, tripping and falling, even on flat ground, Tallie has learnt to take it in her stride and is never really embarrassed by it anymore. falling up stairs, off beds and into bushes, she's almost cursed with being helplessly clumsy. yet, somehow, she's mastered running in high heels, at least for the most part.
-- WILD AND PASSIONATE
The first thing people notice about Tallie is that crazy shine to her eyes that she gets. Not all the time, of course, and Talli can be very down to earth and chilled, and is serious if need be. For example if someone she cares about is upset or needs her, she's quick to be there for them as they need it, and often enjoys just relaxing with friends. But she's defiantly loud at times. She's a party girl, and more then that she's out of control. She can be immature and have alot of crazy fun, but she's also pretty into drinking, and jokes about being alcoholic, but tends to avoid that topic if its a serious manner, due to her past foster family situations. She is definitely easy to describes as one of those life-of-the-party girls. She's always been a wild child, and quick to break from any restraints placed on her. This often leads to her sneaking out, or running away from home or the cops. And she has been picked up by the cops too. Wild child fits her perfectly, but anyone willing to roll with her has a night to remember. Tallie has been mixed up in drugs in the past, though she was never addicted or anything she's not against it, and isn't afraid of drinking hard. Drinking games are a past time of hers, and she tends to choose shots over those pre-mixed 'girly' drinks any day. A morning person, Tallie is lucky enough to be one of those people that don't get hungover, a feeling she would experience very often. She's also very into music, and plays it loud.
-- RUNAWAY AND CLOSED
having been in many different foster families, not all of them are good. even if just for the night or a few days, Tallie has run away from them. But its not like she's running from a fight, oh no. She's usually know for leaving because a) she can b) she hates her foster family or c) she wants to. Not that she'd ever tell anyone. Cause Tallie's not an open girl, she keeps her secrets to herself. she has good reasons to be distrustful, but even with the close friends she does trust, it doesn't mean she will actually share necessarily. Finding it difficult to open to people sort of cause her being so reluctant to be in a relationship. She's dated before, but the heartache is, in her opinion, not worth it. Other relationships have been more like f-buddies, friends with benefits and the like. And she's not afraid of a one night stand.
-- CHARMING AND OBLIVIOUS
When it comes to interacting with people, despite her usual distrust of the general human population, it can’t be denied that Tallie is a charming individual. It may be the way she smiles, laughs, is confident and finds ease in conversation, even with strangers, but something about the way Tallie naturally presents herself draws people to her. She’s always down for a good laugh or a night out just to have fun and she’s not a girl to say no to anything. Tallie's bold and confident, traits she picked up over the years to survive where nervousness wasn't really an option. Yet she pulls it off in a friendly manner and can be just that: a friendly, kind person. And oblivious, too. Tallie doesn't aim to flirt or tease, just to have fun and yet it might come off as flirting. In reality Tallie, despite being very street wise in the most part, can be oblivious when is comes to crushes and flirts. She doesn't notice i, not even it someone is crushing on another person, she won't notice until it's pointed out. And the same for crushes on her, though, as she has closed her heart, Tallie is not the type of girl to get crushes on pretty much anyone, and can fend off and feelings she gets for someone if she needs too. Thats not too say she doesn't fall for guys, but she does find it easier to be friends with them. Although some people can find her overwhelming, she often naturally presents herself in a way that endears people to her other, less than charming, personality traits. Even those who dislike the girl can’t deny that, despite everything, at least she does everything in earnest.
"Once upon a time there was a boy and a girl. They met in highschool, and because close friends though both were very popular and well liked. In junior year they started dating, and were a perfect couple. They were in lobe. After a few years out of school, after travelling the word together and at the same college doing their degrees, the boy proposed to the girl. The got married on the beach and a year later, had their baby daughter. They loved her very, very much, and everything in that family's little world seemed perfect. Untill one day, a few months after their daughter was born, the boy and the girl - now really man and woman - were in a fatal, tragic car accident."Sample Rp:
This is how, when she was a little girl, Tallie would imagine her parents. In reality noone really knew what happened too them, the father was quite possibly never in the picture and the mother was dead. Before she turned 18, Tallie wasn't allowed to know the true story and after that, she wasn't sure she wanted too anyway. All she got from her parents was her name, and the knowledge that they had no family, so the government put her in the Foster System. The Agency knew of her parents history, but none of her foster families ever knew. Yeah, families. As in plural. For reasons are variant as abuse, neglect, travel, relocation, crimes and running away Tallie was always shipped from one to the next every couple of years, almost all around USA.
As a fourteen year old, she received her worst case of abuse. But that isn't to say they were all bad, most families just left her too do whatever she wanted and others were actually a kind couple, who sometimes a pregnancy or a decision to relocate to Europe meant Tallie moved on. At her most recent case, she ran away. Well, not so much ran away in her opinon, just left. the family didn't care any way. She wasn't caught for a couple of weeks, and only because she was at a club when there was a fight and Tallie was accidentally cut by a broken bottle. Being very drunk at the time, a friend took her to hospital, were they identified her as a missing person. Shipped just down the coast to Central, this is Tallie's second boarding school, the first she ran away from after a matter of months at age seven. This times different though, she's pretty much of age to be independent, and so the agency chose her to go to a school she could be just that, with regular check in's by her supervisor, Jake Hayes, of course. Technically, she could be set loose and not cared for by the government any more, but Jake pleaded her case as she has a unique line up of abused and neglect, that she is looked after another year. Tallie tried to convince him not to bother, but she legally needs to finish high anyway and she is glad to be out of a foster home for this year. Arriving at Central, it was difficult to label Tallie. She doesn't really fit as simply as some, and easily could have been a rebel or a punk for her attitude, yet like a hipster she's easily liked and is almost confident enough to be a royal, or athletic enough to be a prep. Falling into place, she ended up as a rebel, which makes sense when you get detention on your first day and don't give a shit about hierarchy or bowing down to the Queen. But she's still friendly with alot of the higher cliques.
