When you first see Damon, the first thing a lot of people think is, he doesn't belong here. And really, he doesn't look very California much at all. With his pale skin and dark hair, it looks as if he would do better somewhere where the sun didn't shine so much, and that it rained a lot. The one thing that is California-ish about him is his blue eyes. They are really the only thing that stands out as even remotely California-ish.

He is quite small in build, he isn't tall, nor is he muscular. Really, he is like the runt of the family, all his siblings are tall and the males are muscular, his parents were both tall, it seems he came out with all the defects. But to him, they aren't defects, not at all. In reality, he likes the way he looks, but not in an up himself kind of way.

Clothing-wise, Damon is all so casual. He never goes out of his way to look great, just as long as he looks good he'll be happy. A simple jeans and a tee shirt do him fine. Sometimes, and only sometimes, he dresses up, a bit like his hair, only when he has to. formal ocassions and such when he is expected to look his best and impress.

Personality:

Damon, the shy little boy who always kept to himself, no more. That was what he used to be like, as a child. Now he has grown up into a rebellious, couldn't care what people think of him kind of guy. Of cause he does care, but not to the extent of going out of his way to make sure someone is happy with the way he looks, unless of cause it is his mother, she is the only person that he makes an effort for. He cares deeply for her and she is the only person he really cares for.

he is a nice guy, most of the time. He has a slight alcohol problem, but who doesn't in this town? Damon has a slight temper, nothing major, unless you set it off. He can be a little wild at times, but he isn't much of a partier. He still likes to keep to himself for the most part, unless he is in the mood to go out and mingle with people. He is still a little shy, especially around females. He has never had a proper relationship and is scared that when and if he does, it will turn out like his parent's.

He isn't too good at making friends, but when he does make them, he is excellent at keeping them. he tries to be nice to everyone, but sometimes that's just a little too hard. Like if you are a bitch to him before he gets a chance to make an opinion. Another thing is that he is quite judgemental. If you dress like a slut, act like one or whatever, he will label you as one. For this reason, he seems to make enemies quiet easily.

History:

Damon Jonathan Richards was born September twentieth nineteen eighty nine to proud parents Thomas and Dianne Richards. The pair had been happily married for a short ten years when he was born. He is the youngest of six siblings. He was a small baby, and a small child. He grew up in the poorer sections of London, moving around here and there whenever the family needed to, and that was a lot.

He found it hard as a child, being the youngest, the smallest and the shyest. The moving around was always the hardest, he would begin warming up to people, making friends and such, then he would be whisked away to another poor area. They never seemed to stay in the one area for long, and ocassionally they would return. And in these cases, Damon would find his old friends and they would still be friends. WHen this happened, it was always so much easier on him, he would cherish every moment, until they had to move again.

When he hit his teenage years, things changed. His older brothers and sisters had worked, and it helped pay for things. Of cause the oldest one's had moved out and on with their dreams, thats what they called them anyway. By the time that he was sixteen, all of his siblings had moved out and he was left with his parents. Because he was always the shy one, and the one that failed at making friends and such, he didn't know what to do.

He was saved, in a sense, by a family member that lived in America. She offered him a place to stay and everything he needed if he would move over and do college. He took up the offer and moved imediately, even though he was too young for college. He was seventeen at the time, and completed the remainder of his high schooling at Central High. As soon as he was finished, he enrolled at college and has never looked back.
