Aki doesn’t dress as your typical Japanese with the business suits and classic school uniforms. He’s never even worn a classic kimono back in Japan. Instead, he’s reached outside to another style, called Harajuku in Japan. The style is a mixture of gothic loltia, visual kei, and decora. Doing this, Aki has created his own unique form of dress just for himself.

Regularly to achieve his style, he mixes and mismatches different fashions together. He uses his outfits to express himself as an individual. Though to go into more depth, many have said that he looks more like a Japanese punk at times. Aki usually has many different piercings, make up, and accessories. He’ll also change his hair color to wild colors at times.

Along with dressing in different layers, he has customized his own clothing. With accessories, he usually gets things that don’t match the outfit that he’s wearing; it’s a way for him to speak aloud. His hair is longer than most Japanese people, which he is fine with. As long as it looks good to him, Aki will wear it. He never fails to stop and strike a pose for people that want to take his picture.

Personality:

Aki doesn’t actively go around looking for friends but he does have a few select few that he truly trusts. The others are just groupies to him, which would use him if they could. He often goes around, trying to be the center of attention because it’s what he craves. If he’s not in the spot light most of the time, then me must be doing something wrong. Confidence is something he doesn’t lack!

When it comes to rules, Aki is a rebel. This could explain his odd ways of dressing and expressing himself. He lives by his own rules and rarely listens to anyone else. If he doesn’t agree with something that you say, he’s going to say it back to your face. Being very expression and opinionated, he’s not afraid to back down out of everything.

Behind it all, Aki is very friendly and relaxed. He’d be fine spending his day playing video games all day if that’s what someone wanted to do when hanging out. One thing that he absolutely adores though is kittens. Put a kitten around him, and he’ll lose his whole act and melt. Surprisingly, he is able to control his urge to buy every cat that he sees.

History:

Aki was born into a wealthy family, which was always run in a professional way in Tokyo, Japan. As a child, he had always disliked his parents. Out of his siblings, he was the oldest of a five. With the other children being girls, he was often ignored by his mother and his father was never around. Though he was greatly admired by his siblings and became very protective of them. Due to the lack of attention from his parents, he would often act out and rebel to be in the spot light. All he wanted was to be recognized.

When he was sixteen, his second sister vanished under mysterious circumstances. For almost five years now, Aki has made it his duty to find out where his sister is. He fears that she may be dead but prays every day that it’s not the case. If he can’t find her or her body, he at least wishes that he can discover her fate. With the last piece of given information that he had, his sister was seen in the United States.

So when he turned eighteen, Aki left Japan and moved to the states. He’s here in the hopes of being able to find her or somehow discover more clues to her disappearance. Yet, living a different life here in the states has changed him a lot and started to send him off his course of finding his sister. He’s begun to party, drink, smoke, and do drugs since he’s been here, many things he would have avoided back in Japan. His goal is to change focus back to his sister again.
