Elouise & Eighteen & Single & Rebel Ellie has always been pampered and spoiled and treated like princess for as long as she can remember....she hated it! A few months ago she ran away from her high life in Manhattan to try and stand on her own two feet. she has like zero money now and has to discover what life is like when you have to do it alone.
Shes a real friendly, dont take no shit from no-one kinda girl with a spontaneous personality. Although shes kind of an alien, she's never been to the beach, never been to a club, never drunk, smoke or even had sex. But she is willing to try everything!!
She wants to escape who she was back in Manhattan completely and kinda wants to go down a more rebel like path. she needs.

Hiii [: Soo i'm offering up Morgan I think they might get along pretty well since morgan lost her family about two years ago so she could understand the whole having to stand on two feet and everything! Maybe they could be like really close friends? Party friends or something like that? I'm not sure haha i'm kinda rambling but I have the feeling morgan would love this chick! So whata ya think?

I'm gonna offer Sam. She's pretty much a spoiled freshman, being the baby of her entire family. They could hit it off, and maybe Elouise could try and put some sense into Sam's mind about not being too independent on her parents and blah blah. And it could fall on deaf ears and Sam would be like "yeah, yeah.. whatever." and something. XD
