Appearence:

Dacey has brown hair that is either curled or straightened. Straightened it goes down past her shoulders, it's pretty long. Sometimes she wears extensions, but they are the same color as her hair so you couldn't tell. She has a white complexion and brown eyes that sometimes turn to hazel in the summer. Also, she has a lot of scars from the fights that she has been into.
Her body frame is pretty small, but she is tough. She has a nice frame and curves in the right places. She has one tattoo of a star on her hip bone, and has her ears pierced. Her knuckles are pretty beaten up because of the fights that she has been into and they have a lot of scars. Also she has pretty thin legs but they are all muscle which when you grew up with all the boys, you need. She has a look that looks innocent but she is a tough girl.
Dacey also has an athletic body, she is very good at running. All that she has in her arms and legs is muscle. She usually wears shorts that are really short and a tank-top or jeans with holes in them and a t-shirt pulled up on the side. She kind of looks like a slut, but really isn't. Last thing to know is that she has one scar on her side that she doesn't like anyone to see from someone pulling a knife on her during a fight.

Personality:

Dacey is the tough girl. She is not very trusting at all and doesn't let too many people get close. Normally she is the girl in running from the police or getting into trouble with the boys. Because of where she grew up she is really not a very friendly person all the time. She can be bitchy and very blunt.
Dacey is really outgoing and not afraid to get into trouble. She does what she wants when she wants. She is very independent and knows how to take care of herself. Also, you don't want to cross her, she won't let anyone get in the way of what she wants. She has never really cared about school and has been suspended a lot. She won't let anyone bring her down.
Last couple things that you should know. She will do anything for the people she considers friends. If you are family she will literally die for you. She is the one that takes care of the people that get hurt in her crowd from fights. She doesn't let anyone take advantage of her.

History:

Dacey grew up in the ghetto. She never really knew her mom and her dad was basically either at work or on the couch drunk. She grew up knowing that she had to take care of herself. When she was 9 she started going out on the streets. At the age of 10 the gang life started too adopt her into it.
A lot of the time you could find her on the streets in a group of people. The street kids kind of became her family. By 12 she had already been arrested for shop lifting at a grocery store. She learned fast that she liked this life. Her and her friends from the street were the ones that people were kind of scared of. She was the one they used a lot because she didn't look like someone that would be involved in the gang life.
When she started to get older she realized that she didn't want to be anywhere else. She came home from the streets some nights just to find her dad with another woman. Sometimes she would stay out and crash on someones couch for a week and then only go home for a day or two. She wasn't intimidated by the boys at all, they considered her one of them and she was happy about it. Now she is the girl that will fight about anyone and doesn't care when she gets into trouble.

Dacey got up early because of the fact that she wasn't having any luck sleeping and she went over to her closet. She pulled out a white t-shirt and a black tank-top to go underneath. She then went to her drawer and pulled out an old pair of jeans with holes in them that hugged her just right and grabbed her cell phone, keys, and notebook. She just wanted a day to get away from everything. She slipped on her tennis-shoes and was out the door. She walked down the steps from her dorm and got into her car.

Next thing she knew she was at the park and she got out and started to walk. She wasn't sure where but she was sure that she needed to go somewhere just to sit and draw to get her mind off things. She walked until she saw the river and a few rocks off the path that she could sit on. Dacey walked off the path and over a few huge rocks and sat down on one right next to the waters edge.

She then pulled her notebook out of her bag and set her bag down next to her on the rocks and started to draw what she saw. She tied her hair up in a messy ponytail to keep in out of her face and sat there, thinking that no one was around, even though she kept hearing rustling like someone was walking on the path above her.

Hi Becca (: So this application is generally good, although I do need a few things changed. First, the length needs to be extended for all of the sections. We do have a word count of 400 here so if all the sections reach that individually you'd be good. Also, just re-read through the application and make sure things aren't repeated (such as how she has a lot of scars from fights). Generally, however, you have a good writing style and good grammar so if you just fix it up a bit you'll be good to go (:
