Appearence:
Jasmine is, sadly, very short. Her entire frame is rather petite as well. If she couldn't change one thing about her, she'd probably make it so she grew a few inches taller. At the moment, she still has trouble reaching the top shelf; only, this time, there isn't the hope that she will get older and grow taller like there was when she was a child. Other then her height there isn't really anything else distinguishing about her. Her hips are almost non-existent in their shape, her chest somehow managed to make it to a B-C cup, and her butt is... well... what butt? It's also rather... tiny. She doesn't like to dwell on these facts though.Personality:
Then, there's her face. It, like the rest of her, isn't really something to remember someone by. In her own opinion, it's rather dull with no outstanding features. Of course, this is her own personal theory and people are their own worst critics. Jasmine's eyes are a piercing bright blue color, and her teeth are straight and white(a slight chip out of her first top left molar). She also has a tiny nose, which can sometimes make it hard to keep glasses on because they always end up sliding down.
Now, her 'fashion' sense, if you can even call it that. She's terrible at deciding what to wear on a daily basis. If someone were to ask her if she tried in the morning, she'd end up saying no. But, that would, unfortunately, be a lie. Truth is, she puts in quite a bit of effort on her clothing choices. Whenever she goes shopping she tries to buy things that the popular people are seen wearing. The only problem is, she can never seem to pull it off. So, usually she'll buy it and never wear it. Sticking to baggy sweaters and jeans.
Jasmine studies. All the time. Her entire life is her school work. One of her main goals is to get into Yale, or Harvard. Especially Yale though, it's her first choice. Since she can't afford it though, she has to make sure to get a scholarship. Since she doesn't play sports, which is for the best, Jazz must rely on an academic scholarship. So, this is probably part of the reason she has... relatively no friends. There's just no time. She's a brilliant girl who tries to be even smarter by spending all her time in a book. In a way, she favors no having many friends, it means not having to balance a social life and academics. Which is good, because she probably couldn't handle that.History:
This isn't to say she doesn't want friends. Because, as a matter of fact, she would of loved to be popular and have a lot of friends to hang out with. But, it seems as though that just wasn't meant to be. She doesn't seem to know how to react well with other people. She's... socially slow. Plus, Jazzy just gets so nervous around people who are popular and such that she's scared she'd say the wrong thing and just sort of says... nothing. Her shyness is probably part of why she chose books over friends.
Of course, no matter how socially awkward she is, if someone ever needed help Jasmine would probably be the first one on the scene. Jazz just doesn't seem to know how to say no. Some people would probably say she's too nice. Another reason why it's probably for the best she isn't popular, people would walk all over her. The worst part being that she would let them. And, if someone questioned them she would probably stick up for them. Plus, Jasmine doesn't really have any anger. If you shot her in the foot, the next day she'd be like 'remember when you shot me in the foot?' and laugh about it. She isn't stupid or anything, just way too nice.
Miss Jasmine was born to Tanya and Nick Calloway. The only problem was, Tanya died giving birth. It was a miracle that Jazzy even made it out alive. Tanya had been sick prior to the pregnancy, had been warned, but had decided to get pregnant anyways. Before delivery, the doctors had made it perfectly clear that if one died then chances were the other would die. Miraculously though, Jasmine didn't die. Her father treasured her as his only child and as a reminder of his late wife.Sample Rp:
At this point, they had been living in Brooklyn. When Jazzy turned 6 though, they moved to Dallas, Texas. So, now, not only is she a social reject, she's a social reject with a Texan drawl. Lucky her. Anyways, they had moved for her dad's construction business which had been better suited for Texas then it had Brooklyn. It started to take off, and they bought a house instead of living in the crappy apartment they had been living in. By the time she was 12, they even had a cute Akita puppy named Daffy.
After a while in Texas, her dad decided to expand his business to california. So, at age 14, Jazzy was picked up and moved to a new school and a new house. Being the new kid in school, people payed attention to her on the first day. But, it seemed on the second day she had already been given a stereotype :geek. Not that she didn't agree with it... but, Jazz had hoped to make a fresh start and some new friends. Now though, no one even knew who she was. Apparently she just wasn't meant to have friends...
[/quote][/blockquote]Celeb:Jasmine had finally managed to fall asleep. It had taken so much longer then she had anticipated. It always seemed to take a long time to fall asleep in this place. Maybe that was because she was always scared to death of someone coming in and deciding to beat her again. They'd already taken so much from her. Yet, they kept coming back at her. Well, one good thing about this, she had gone on a sort of detox from alcohol. Chances were she wouldn't be wanting any of that for a while. At least not a huge amount of it. Or maybe she'd be the opposite, wanting to drink away everything. Then again, this was all hypothetical unless she got out of this damned place. She'd love to escape on her own, but she wasn't really sure how. Her strength was basically gone with the... wind, except there really was no wind in this room. Instead, it was the same muggy air day after day. Her newly semi-tanned skin was glistening with sweat, and it was flawed by countless scars, cuts, and bruises. Before, the only few scars she had had were on her back from a werewolf... Speaking of which, she had been able to keep track of the amount of time she was here by how many changes she had. So far, around 3 months.
Jazzy had trained her eyes to the glum walls of this room. It was the same thing day after day. Except for the times they took her outside and decided to torture her out there, hence the tan. Her outfit was a simple huge black tank top, and a pair of shorts. Each one was relatively ripped and dirty. The people who had taken her had been so kind as to give her those clothes, instead of the winter ones she had been wearing when she got kidnapped. She could remember exactly what had happened. She'd been going back to Hogwarts in order to tell Jack her... news. When she had found out, Jazz had just gone and left for a bit. Off on a tiny trip to Venice. But, when she had gotten on the train to go to Hogwarts, well, as she was getting on the train really, she felt someone knock her out... then, she assumed she was transported straight here. By magic or not she wasn't too sure.
There was a bit of a commotion outside of the door to her room, her mind automatically figure the people were coming back in. Jasmine hated to admit it, but she had kind of almost gotten used to the beatings. Almost being the key word. But, to her shock, Izzy and Jack got into the room. Her eyes widened as she looked up at them. She herself was shackled in a corner of the room. Her hands were cuffed together, as well as her feet, Both connected into a chain that ran into the wall. Jazzy couldn't stand, so she instead grinned happily at them. Her lip cracking in several places. A few from cuts, other places from just dryness. Her face held two black eyes, each was sort of puffy so it made it hard to widen her eyes in surprise. "Jack. Izzy. Hi." She didn't really know what to say...
