When first looking at Rory, many people notice her hair first. Naturally dirty blond, the strands reach down to the middle of her back with natural wave. The ends are even for the most part, though layers even up to her bangs throughout the cut. It's never in the same hair style for more than a day. (Whether it just be changing by putting it up in a messy bun one day, and leave it down the next.) Hazel eyes are usually always surrounded by cosmetics, depending on the occasion differs the amount and what colours are used. Rarely does she put actual lip stick on her lips, instead of lip gloss, but if the event calls for cheery red, she doesn't complain.

She doesn't have a lot of distinguishing features. The ones that she has are always usually hidden; Rory has both of her ears pierced, three times along her lobe and another bar through the top of her right ear; a filled in sparrow tattoo on her left hip, small enough to be considered a birth mark until actually examined.

For clothing, Rory's rather picky. She wont wear the same items twice in one week, because to her it speaks out to people that she doesn't have a large enough wardrobe. From dresses, to skirts, to jeans, Rory's worn it. She sticks away from band tees unless there's absolutely nothing left to wear, and she'll be staying in the house. Her shoes range between heels and flats, depending on the outfit and how she's feeling. More than always, she's seen in a pair of high heels. Rory ignores hats of all kind, and the idea of putting anything on her head that isn't an accessory makes her frown.

The accessories Rory go through are last minute things- for the most part. She has a necklace her Father gave her from when he was in Europe, and she wears that with everything, no matter the dress code. Aside from that, however, she holds no attachments to accessories and applies them whenever she thinks they're needed. Necklaces, sunglasses, earrings, rings, etc. However, for her to wear to it, it has to compliment whatever mood she's either in, or what outfit she's wearing.

Personality:

MANIPULATIVE -- /
It's no secret that Rory can get almost anything she wants if she tries hard enough. Usually all it takes is one blink of her pretty eyelashes, and her mentors are falling head over heels to try and meet her demands. She has a front that she puts up whenever she wants something and she really wants it, and she knows that she'll have to make a fight for it. Whether she's putting on her baby face and acting innocent or threatening her way to get what she wants, she pushes her way in and doesn't stop until she's settled the way she wants to be.

PARTIER -- /
Above everything else, Rory knows how to handle parties. Host them, be the spot light of one, crash one, whatever. She might drink a bit too much most occasions, but that doesn't stop her in the least. She's not the most charming when drunk (who the hell was?), but Rory does understand her limits. At times, she's a little too outgoing and comfortable with herself on alcohol, and inappropriate actions are made, but her status and family heritage usually wipe away most negative comments from people's tongues before they can voice them.

BITCHY -- /
Doesn't matter who you are- you piss Rory off, or try and get in her way when she is pissed off, and you're going to get an earful. She doesn't tolerate anything whatsoever, and she'll let you know exactly that without hesitation. Between snide comments about someone's appearance, or the way they carry themselves, all the way to nit picking about little things, Rory's got a very meter for shit disturbing with her big mouth.

UNFORGIVING -- /
You cross her, and that'll be the last happy thing you do for the rest of the time you're around her. She holds grudges, and she sticks with them until the very end. Rory plays eye for an eye extremely well, and if you do something to try and get her for something, you're guaranteed that she'll do something back to you, ten times worse (we're talking some Carri mischief, right here).

HEARTBREAKER -- /
Being who she is, she's not allowed to fall in love. That's as simple as it is. She pulls the heart strings from the very beginning. When she gets bored, she snips whatever guy got lucky enough to get tangled around her pinky finger. She's done it so many times, finding someone interested in her and then cutting them loose without much of an explanation after their taste has gone bitter. It's not a different guy every week, no, but it's no secret that Rory's heart is blockaded with ice.

BULLSHITTER -- /
Basically, Rory's entire outter shell is a bunch of crap she put together to try and make something of herself. On the inside, she's sensitive. She cares, a lot, about many different things. If anyone ever called her out on it, however, she'd be quick to change their mind and send them on their way. She takes her outter appearance really seriously, and letting something like the fact that she cares what people have to think / say get out would ruin her.

History:

Born to Vlademar and Hylda Von Segur on December 23rd, it should be a little more than obvious that Rory's got wealth to her family. Born and raised in San Fransisco, California, Rory's life started much better than most. Her Father, a very important gun merchant company owner and creator, has given her the life many teenager girls dream about. Starting at a young age, Rory was put into a wide range of different classes, and educations; music, different languages, mannerisms. He used the money from his company to pay for everything, of course, though her Mother wasn't far behind in helping the paychecks. Being the fashion choreographer she was, Hylda's services cost a pretty penny, furthering their limitations to their daughter's life.

Because of her German (her mother's side) and her Russian (her father's side) heritage, Rory's learned how to read, write, and speak both languages. Like English, she became extremely fluent in both, as though they weren't her secondary languages. Over the course of her childhood, she mastered piano and and the flute, though she refused to stand in a choir and sing. She was home schooled until the age of thirteen, her parents having paid for multiple home teachers to move into their estate to keep her schedules strict and serious. Her englishes and maths were the easy subjects, alongside science, but her parents focus wasn't just on that. They had made sure that she had a cultural subject in her home schooling, to give her a taste of foreign lands and meanings behind different cultures of living habitats.

Although when she left for her private school at the beginning of grade nine, it was her first experience truly away from her parents. Considering she was more than just a bit spoiled, Rory took the natural role of a leader in the boarding school. Her friends weren't really her friends; they made her look better, more appealing. Friends never came easy when you had to act like you weren't as educated as you really were. She hid her knowledge of most things, or at least toned it down quite a bit when speaking out loud, because she knew if she sounded too smart, her brain would cover up her appearance. Rory had, after all, learned from a young age that appearance was everything. If you didn't look moderately beautiful, it was rare that you went anywhere in life. Unless you had a lot of money. Thankfully for Aurora, she had both.

Up until grade eleven, Rory had been attending her all girls boarding school. She had done normal things; her classes were strictly termed, but easy to follow if you got the hang of it; weekends were for herself, whether she chose them with family or friends was her business; it wasn't impossible to sneak boys into the dorm rooms. She had been getting along great in her new world and surroundings. Unfortunately, her father was being offered a better offer and more money from someone in Beverly Hills. He waited until the end of her school year to pull her out and start the move. Apparently, he had had this entire plan worked out for them. They were going to get a large estate, complete with chefs, maids, a butler... the entire shebang. Aurora wasn't allowed to attend school for her grade eleven year, her father insisting on her being home schooled so she could get settled in her new home. She 'didn't need the distraction' from setting herself on her right path again.

Instead of taking it like she had when she was a child, Rory started to get a little rebellious. Sneaking out past curfew with guys she barely knew to go party, or paying her teachers off to keep it a secret that she was blowing all her classes off more than she wasn't. The best part about it, is that she's found a way to work herself around her parents fingers so well, that they don't have the slightest clue. Their daughter's a little angel, the perfect daughter.

August, just before ther senior year was supposed to start, Rory had finally managed to talk her father down to letting her go to a regular school. Of course, regular being something like central. He had to call in a few favors, but after batting her eyelashes, her father had her registered and in classes.
