The first thing anybody notices about Portia is her fiery red hair, and who can blame them?
Her hair color is natural, and she has yet to find the desire to dye her hair. Portia's hair is not exactly straight, so we'll say it's somewhat wavy. Most of the time she leaves her hair down, beliving it a fuss to put up. Her lovely hair is soft and casacades past her shoulders, framing her pale face. It is often said that Portia is the spitting image of her mother. Because of her distinctive red hair Portia resembles her mother the most, the only things that Portia doesn't have of her mothers is the cheekbones -which is has finally stopped antagonising over - and the eyes.Portia has her fathers eyes, despite the odds. Everybody, excluding her father, has precious green eyes. Meanwhile Portia has soul-searching brown eyes. Her eyes are the kind that show emotion easily - Her eyes are the window into her soul! It is easy for people to tell what Portia is thinking just by looking at her.

Due to some reason known Portia is the smallest child in the Evans family, coming in at five foot seven inches. She has always been quiet petite for her age, and weighs in at 105 pounds.

Portia would love to have a tattoo, but doesn't want to risk being yelled to death by her parents so instead she settles, somewhat redulenty, for the dotted birthmarks around her bellybutton that look slightly like jagged ballons.

Personality:

While Portia does have her many, many flaws- being frozen with fear is just not one of them. There are some people who think about might happen next, but she's not one of them. To her, what's the point of spending your life in the shadows, always watching out for the nearest signs of danger? Life is nothing without a gamble, after.

Portia, without doubt, does have a wild imagination. At times, she may get carried away. Still, she does things purely for fun, for the rush. Though, at times, it may be stupid and childish, but everybody needs an outlet.

Portia is stubborn. In some cases, this can be a good thing. Think of it like this; you see a vicious dog with its favorite toy. You can't expect for the dog to let go of it now, can you? Portia, in this case, is the very same dog. Once she has her sights on something, she won't let it go. And she'll keep going at it until she gets it.

Some people can't stop an emotion in its tracks, then they get carried away. Some people find relief by ranting to their friends, getting everything out. Meanwhile, Portia is just polar opposite. She does not approve of being a sob story. In most cases, she keeps her calm, only showing her untamed side when she's pushed too far.

While some people might be able to let go of the past, Portia Evans is just not one of those people. For example, childhood pranks. They might only be children, including Portia- but if you throw something at her, you can bet that she'll throw it back at you. However, the most serious case, would have to be what happened with her father. It's not something she's going to let go.

Portia, is rash, and for the most part, acts on impulse. At times, Portia can be an insufferable, dare I say it? b*tch. That's just it. She's a complete b*tch if you cross her. She has a mild language is not afraid to use it. She can be fairly consistent about this, depending on the person and the event.

For some unknown reason, Portia can't say no to a challenge. It may be that she doesn't want anyone to think less of her, thus- her acceptance to a challenge.

Fears: The only thing that's not willing to risk is her heart, something that she knows can be used against her. Unlike most people, she's afraid of falling in love, simply because once you do- it's almost impossible to get out. And, besides, her relationships? They don't last very long.

Portia has always tried to do her best. Not just on her exams, but everything. Of course, she slips up every now and then. But it's the effort that sounds, doesn't it? Her mother was a Head Girl. Swim club, Prefect, Honors and all. And that's just the beginning. And her father- well, he was the Head of the Washington DC Economics department. And believe me, with a family like that, you do not want to be a failure.

Portia has never been that good of swimmer, so naturally- drowning is not a pleasant thought for her. She came close to it, actually, when she was five. She was paddling around in her grandmother's creek and bam! Her foot was caught in a net. Of course, the water was only four feet tall, but she thought for sure she was going to drown. Scared the hell out of he.

Habits/quirks:

- rambling when nervous / fluttered
- eating cotton candy / chocolate frogs when upset
- keeping everything bottled in
- fussing around with hair when bored
- writing owls to friends in class
- 'accidently' talking back in class
- spending the day in airport / train station when upset
- being the shoulder to cry on, not the polar opposite
