Appearence:
Vivien stands at a average height of about 5"4', and is a petite 100 pounds. One would definitely not describe her as being curvy whatsoever. In fact, her lack of extreme curves like most girls her age has always been a bit of a sore subject, but she combats that with wearing outfits that are hard to take your eyes off. She's also always been rather self-conscious about her weight. Vivien has always been thin, extremely thin, actually, which was probably the main cause of her lack of curves. She's never minded particularly being that skinny, it's actually rather nice that her metabolism can process food faster than all of her friends combined. It just leads to a constant hunger, so eating a lot is a rather large habit of hers, not that she ever gains much weight from it. Because of this, there was a horrible rumor that Vivien was bulimic, but luckily for her, it died out.Personality:
She is extremely pale, coming from purely French and English decent, but possesses a dark, long, wavy chestnut brown hair with eyes to match. Her long locks are naturally wavy, and she usually wears them down in large curls. Formal occasions are reserved for up do's. She doesn't have any piercings of any kind, except for one in each ear. Her only distinguishing feature is a small chicken pox scar on her thigh.
Vivien absolutely adores fashion, so her everyday clothes express that. She is always a bit overdressed, no matter what the occasion; whether it be just hanging out, or a black tie dinner party. Her style sense is incredibly sophisticated. It's classic and classy, but never dowdy. She adores bright colors and beautiful classic prints. Plus, it's a nice plus to have daddy's credit card to shop with for her high fashion taste. Fashion is definitely a strong suit of hers, and she absolutely loves it.
Liveliness - Vivien is a naturally talented and a bubbly, vivacious person. She loves life, and knows to treasure every second, as told to her by her father, referencing her mother's unexpected death. She's not one to go out to a party and get so smashed she can't remember a thing, in fact, the exact opposite. She wants to remember every moment and make it count.History:
Wit - Vivien's natural born talent is sarcasm. Every response feels like it was carefully thought out, though her comic timing is perfect. Her wit is subtle, and almost unnoticeable at first. It takes a long conversation with this girl to find her smart retorts.
Intellectualism - Vivien is one of the top students in her grade, but is extremely critical of herself, and nothing she ever does can quite fit to her own standard of perfection. She is not only bright, but she works like crazy to maintain her extraordinarily high grade point average. Every honor or award is preceded by hours of hard work and effort. She knows grades impress her father, so she tries to keep them up as high as she can; she wants to be daddy's perfect little girl, after all.
Loyalty - Vivien is loyal, and tries to help her friends out, though often her helping them messes up their lives a bit. She also loves to play match-maker, so if you’re in need of a good (or bad) set-up, come to her! She is a bit picky about her friends, but once you get on her good side, it's extraordinarily hard to change that. With her loyalty comes the expectance that her friends will respect this aspect of her, and try and do the same.
Bossiness - Vivien loves control. She craves it. It is a necessary part of her life. Everything must go according to her perfect plan. She's not afraid to order someone around, since that's the way she's been living her entire life. She's not rude, she's quite a lady about it in fact, so manipulation is her way of getting another person to complete her wishes.
Jealous - Vivien is amazingly jealous. If you excel in a subject she does, watch out. It is taken as a personal offense if you get a higher grade on a test. Her jealousy is mostly subtle, just like her bossiness, it is treated with mind games instead of insults. It is something that can easily go away, as long as she realizes that you are not a threat.
Spoiled - Vivien has been spoiled all her life, so she wants what she wants, when she wants it; nothing less, and nothing more. Sometimes this leads her into trouble, though her friends have learned to cope.
Critical - Just as she is critical of herself, Vivien is critical of others. She is definitely not one to not judge. No matter who you are, she always sees the implications of your actions, and will try and give you advice on how to be more like her.
Vivien York grew up in the beautiful town of Central, California. The prosperous family of the Yorks have been residing there for fifteen years. They own a rather large and spacious mansion overlooking the largest body of water in the world: the pacific ocean. Yes, the York family has always been very well off. Considering Mr. Richard York's position as one of the most powerful lawyers in California, it should really come as no surprise.Sample Rp:
In his travels as a young man, Richard York met a beautiful, young French woman named Adele. Adele was a young journalist, with a large and very close family in Normandy. He spent weeks with her at the seaside, watching the waves roll by, and drinking champagne while discussing the greatest writes of the modern age. They fell almost immediately, deeply in love. Within a few months of meeting one another, Richard and Adele were happily married. They quickly moved back to Richard’s apartment in New York City so he could resume business. A few years later, they had a bouncing baby girl who they named Vivien.
Sadly, when Vivien was only two years old, her mother Adele passed away. She had contracted a strange, unidentifiable illness, and within a few months, was gone. Mr. York was devastated. The love of his life had passed away. They moved across the country to his hometown of Central, and he completely immersed himself in his work. It was too painful to live his life leisurely as he had with Adele. From then on, his business as a lawyer grew and grew, until he reached the top of his career, but his Adele was gone forever.
For years the only female motherly figure in Vivien’s life was her loving nanny, Henrietta, but it wasn't quite enough. Her father was constantly away on business, so Henrietta became Vivien’s closest friend until elementary school. Richard had always meant well towards his daughter, he really did, and she truly recognized that. She knew he loved her more than anything, he bought her everything she had ever wanted, but she still missed him. When he was home, he doted upon his daughter, and she loved him just as strongly. He was he dear daddy, and she felt the need to take care of him.
Vivien made her way through elementary school and middle school with ease. Despite her lack of a large supporting family, she had become a very independent young girl. Her grades became extremely important to her; she always wanted to make her father proud. After all, she was his only daughter. Socially, school was a breeze. Vivien had always been popular. Her looks and natural charm helped her to slowly climb the social ladder, and in high school, she finally reached the top. At the moment, everything is perfect. Great grades, great friends, great social position, but will it last?
Olivia signed off the instant messenger at the employee computer in the faculty lounge at the local pinkberry where she was currently stationed as a cover. She had heard her manager yelling her name somewhere around the store a few minutes ago, so she figured it was either time to close up, or they had a sudden rush of yogurt-starved customers. He had recently given a lecture about employees taking too much personal time on the job, and how they needed to be more efficient. She sighed, definitely a familiar speech to her, though not for the same profession. Besides, it wasn’t as if there were thousands of customers coming to this particular pinkberry anyway, there seemed to be at least one frozen yogurt place per block in Los Angeles now. She said hello to Matt, one of her new fellow pinkberry employees as she walked quickly into the employee restroom in the back of the store. Yogurt could wait for one second, she had a date to get ready for. Okay, so maybe it wasn’t really a date, more like a “hanging-out” night with her new partner at a local club. She had definitely heard of his reputation before, he wasn’t the usual type of guy she would even dare to get involved with, not that she was really supposed to get involved with anyone as a spy, but, she couldn’t help but feel a little more than excited. He was insanely good looking, after all, not to mention charming. And of course, she had lied to him before, the accent was a huge turn-on. So was the acting. She quickly pulled out a dress she had in her locker in the bathroom. It wasn’t too wrinkled, and looked fairly good. If only she had more time to really get ready, she knew she could make an impression on him. She quickly applied a bit more makeup in the mirror, hoping she looked okay afterwards, despite the terrible lighting in the restroom. When her outfit was spruced up to her satisfaction, she grabbed her pinkberry apron and put it on top of her nicer outfit. Now, she had a mission. She was to find to assigned assassin of her father. She was only lucky once; her father had escaped with barely a scratch, only a small bullet to the arm, she was told by he CIA. That’s almost all the information she had gotten about the case; well, legally of course. She knew how to find out more information, she was a spy after all. She knew her father would not be so lucky, next time. If the man found him, she knew he would be done for. This case for this assassin was like a time-bomb she had to diffuse before it went off. What no one knew, or she hoped no one knew, was that she had used, multiple times, Sullivan equipment to track down this mysterious man. Extremely illegal activity, she was told. No Sullivan spy, or any spy for that matter, was to ever use their equipment for personal missions, but this one was different to her. This was the main reason she had become a spy, after all; to defend her father, she just hoped she wouldn’t lose her job in the process. She rushed to the counter, giving her manager a forced smile as she ran by him and he glared her down. At the counter, Olivia took the order of the customer who was waiting impatiently with her forced smile still plastered to her face. Luckily, he seemed to be the last customer of the day. She didn’t bother to look up as the familiar jingle of he bell on the door sounded, signaling someone walking in. As Matt started a conversation with the man at the door, her heart began to race. The now familiar voice promoted her to quickly catch her breath and collect herself, before putting on a real smile. She immediately knew the man was Andrew. She looked up from her position behind the frozen yogurt bar, and answered, ”Well, you must have some quality sources, because,” she started, scooping out a cup of cherry flavored frozen yogurt, his favorite, as she had just learned, ”this will be the best frozen yogurt you've ever had at an LA pinkberry.” She smiled coquettishly at him as she exchanged the yogurt for his beautiful bouquet of flowers. She tried to stop herself from blushing as she said, “How sweet!” If this was any other time, in any other place, and if they were any two different people, she would swear they were going out on a real date, but she had to keep her emotions in check.Celeb:
