scar likes to give off the impression that she is stunningly beautiful, well she likes to think that that is what people are thinking of her anyway. starting from the top, the first thing yous see is her long, dark hair. most of the time she wears it curly, sometimes really curly. but on other occasions, it is straight, like dead straight, but that one is quite rare, since she actually doesn't like it all that much, but her mother does, so when she has her hair straight, you can bet that her mother is either in town or due to be in town at any time in the very near future. she does put a lot of effort into her appearance, she wants and likes to look her absolute best.

make-up is a major part of her attire, she isn't the biggest fan of her face with no make-up on. this isn't saying that she goes too far with the stuff, she only does it in moderation and quite nice taste too. a little eyeliner, some eyeshadow, and a bit of lipstick, or gloss to finish it off. oh and don't forget the foundation that she uses as well. when looking at her, it is rather obvious that she uses make-up, it's not like she uses it and tries to hide it, she just doesn't do the whole thick and nasty looking thing.

scarlett is a small girl, standing at only five foot four inches and weighing a mere fifty-nine kilograms. she is rather thin and always looks like she may break if picked up. but she does not let this stop her do what she wants to do, which is pretty much just terrorise the school. scar us a big fan of dresses and all things girly. though at the same time, she quite likes jeans and tee shirts, but it is rare to see her wearing something along those lines. she loves jewelery, bracelets and necklaces more so than other types. it is rare to see her wearing shoes that aren't some sort of ballet flats, and when you do see her without, she is wearing some sort of heel, she likes her comfort, but also he image.

Personality:

pretty on the outside, is perhaps the perfect way to describe scarlett. she is a bitch, there is no way around it, she goes out of her way to hurt someone and to cause them discomfort. but what can you expect from someone who's own mother was a huge bitch and did a bit of blackmailing and other such things to get to where she is, that place is the editor of one of the biggest fashion magazines in the world. it's really only assumed that the daughter would be at least a little like the mother, but this time around, the daughter could be worse, and the mother could not be any more proud. a bad thing, i think so.

she is strong, not physically, but mentally and emotionally. scarlett can stand there with someone throwing the most disgusting insults at her, and she will either laugh in their face or put a simple straight face on and toss the comments to the side. and then she will hit them back with her own disgusting insults and comments, and she doesn't hold back, ever. do be prepared to be on the receiving end of a lot of horrible things if you ever went up against her. though if you were to physically start on her, she would try to fight back, but would either get beat up pretty badly or she would back out pretty fast.

the truth about scarlett is, she has no friends, no true ones anyway. she has all her royal court buddies, but none of them are real, they're all fake and all to make up an image. she longs for someone that she can talk to about everything, someone that she can call up and ask to hang out at her place for a while because she was super bored and lonely. she is a very lonely girl, the only thing she really has to keep her company when she isn't at school is her pet poodle richie. she really needs someone, her strong barriers are going to break down one day and she will need someone on that day.

scar isn't really the relationship type, she isn't the type to get into anything serious. short flings and one night stands are more her go. sure, she does long for a decent relationship, she's just a little scared about it all, she doesn't want to be ridiculed by the ex. because of this she will shy away from anything serious. and if something looks like it will become serious in any way, she will end it and look like the biggest bitch doing it, not that that's anything out of the ordinary.

History:

it all started when single mother patricia richards wanted a child. she couldn't seem to ever find the right guy, or well a guy at all really. they had come and gone, and when she thought she had found the right guy, he would take off and leave her. of cause she didn't need a man in her life, she worked as the editor of a world famous fashion magazine, but she wanted to have a family, even if it meant being a single mother for the rest of her life. the woman looked at all different sorts of ways to become a mother, she looked at sperm banks and other such methods, but none of the appealed to her. she didn't like any of them, so she settled on adoption. she went around to various adoption homes and eventually found the daughter that she wanted. she named her scarlett.

scarlett grew up in a rich house, with a rich mother, a butler and anything and everything she wanted. she was spoilt and everyone knew it. her and her mother lived in chicago, where the mother could work and scarlett could go to a good school and such. scarlett never really had any real friends, there were the ones that wanted to be her friend because of who she was, and those that wanted to try and bring her down, yes that happened when she was seven. some kid wanted to bring her down, make her feel like dirt, since that was how the little princess treated most kids. but this was soon resolved when scarlett's mother began to get her home schooled.

she has always been somewhat of a bitch, a mostly lonely evil bitch. she was referred to as evil many times over her younger years with the other kids, she would constantly pick on the others in the playground, and her mother would never scold her or punish her in any way. in fact, scar's mother pretty much encouraged the behavior, and this caused parents and such to get pissed off at both the mother and the daughter, but more so the mother for allowing and encouraging it. because of all the hate that was being pushed around toward the pair, they moved. scarlett's mother decided on the west coast, and they settled in seattle.

in seattle, when scarlett was in her fifteenth year of life, her mother was involved in a rather severe car accident. it was then that she realised that being such a bitch wasn't the best thing to do, at least not all the time and not to everyone. so many people were kind to her, and she was too upset and weak to fight them away or to be horrible to them. she found that by doing nothing and letting them come in and comfort her, in fact, she may have taken a slight advantage of it. after this, she was less of a bitch and actually acted decently toward some people, of cause, her mother wondered what was wrong with her, and scar told her that she had just realised something.

they lived in seattle until scarlett was seventeen, that is, until the present. she always seemed to be the top dog, and by dog, well lets just say that she could be quite the bitch at times. she got over her mother and her ways, and is now slipping back into the bitch that she once was, striving to be at the top of everything. scar and her mother moved to central, california just now, scar is attending a normal school for the first time in her life. she is yet to know that she was adopted, and what better a place to have it come out than in california.
