Abigail Phillips is the picture perfect American girl next door. She's pretty and quite wholesome looking, just like her mother. Her face is quite angelic but as she's matured her bone structure has become more prominent. With a heart shaped face, her jawbones are rather high and look fantastic with the right coloured blush. All of her features are quite doll like really.
Hazel eyes are the one thing she and her brother got from her father as opossed to her mothers green ones and Abbi has always been annoyed by that. It's not everyday you see a blonde with hazel eyes however so she's glad she's not quite as ordinary looking. In the light, specks of gold can come through and brighten her face up. She's not a huge fan of eye makeup during the day. A little mascara and she's ready to go. She'd much rather concerntrate on her lips as they're much fuller and her favourite feature.
Her nose is long and narrow and just a tiny bit too big for her face. Iy gives her character however and has never been anything for her to worry about. As for her complexion, Abbi hasn't got a fabulous tan like most other girls. Her skin is clear and quite creamy, tanning only the slightest. Any darker and she'd look far too Barbie like for her liking.
Abbi's hair is something she's always loved. Born a natural blonde, Abbi has added highlights and rinses over the years to keep up it's brightness. Her naural hair colour is way too dull and she figures if you're going to be a blonde you may aswell make the most of it. Without anything being done to it, her hair is long and wavy. Not too thick, not too thin and Abbi couldn't imagine cutting it shorter. Hairstyles vary, as they do with all girls but her hair is usually pulled up for cheerleading or let down and straightened most other days.
Abbi's fashion sense isn't anything out of the ordinary. A few designer pieces can be found in her wardrobe but her family doesn't have the money to shower her with expensive clothing. The girl still dresses very well though. Cute dresses with sandals or shorts and floaty tops with cute heels for the day. At night she does turn it up abit with killer heels and a more risque dress. Abbi is an anything goes kind of girl. She likes to look good and be up to date but she can usually pull off anything anyway.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]History:Abbi is most definitely a follower rather than a leader. She doesn't have the right amount of confidence to exert real power over anyone and she wouldn't want to ruffle any feathers. She'd much rather just go along with what's considered normal and she usually adapts pretty easily. Some would consider her a push-over and to an extent this could be true but Abbi would never admit to it. If someone she's friends with wants to do something, she typically goes along with it mainly because she enjoys making others happy. If it's over small things, Abbi sees no reason in creating a fuss. Yes, she does get peer pressured into a few things but when it's something serious, she can say no and defend herself.
One thing about Abbi is she loves being loved. Acceptance is something all teenage girls are looking for and Abbi is no different. The more people that like her, the better. Abbi loves people and having them around her and she's generally a very friendly girl. She sticks to her clique for the most part but it never shy to branch out a little. Being cruel to someone is something she struggles with but she's not completely innocent. Sometimes it's easier for her to stand back and watch while her friends victimise others. Ofcourse she feels guilty about it but she also has to think of herself.
That being said, social standing is quite important to Abigail. While she knows cliques are silly and don't matter in a few years, she also knows they matter now and she's a new student. Fitting in is key to her. Abbi has been friends with preppy girls her entire life and finds she blends in with them the best. She's extremely bubbly and energetic. That combined with her looks and cheerleading makes her the perfect candidate.
Don't get the idea that Abigail is this shy little girl who never says no and is everyone's lacky. She's not that pathetic. Abbi's just friendly and eager to please. When she considers someone her friend, she goes out of her way to make sure they're happy. She's definitely an optomistic young lady and believes in finding people positives rather than negatives. The world is a bad enough place without everyone bringing each other down anyway. Abbi believes there's good in everyone and tries her hardest to find it.
While she's sweet as sunshine and rarely has any issues with everyone, all that sweetness may be her downfall. Yes, she gets taken advantage of sometimes but more importantly, Abbi can be very closed off. She's not one to display her emotions to the full extent and often lets them bottle up. The main emotion she has issues letting out is definitely her anger. Happiness, hurt, pain, they're all easy for her to get across but when it comes to things that make her angry, Abbi usually bites her tongue. Sometimes she'll not be able to hold on and will blow up at someone. It's rare but it can happen when someone annoys her enough. Afterwards though, Abiggail almost feels ashamed and embaressed.
There are other outlets for her frustrations though and that's cheerleading for Abbi. She's been cheering since she was a young girl and it's become a passion for her. Seventeen year old girls have lots of energy and that's how Abbi uses hers up. When she's cheering, she's more aggressive and determined than usual and that's what makes her so good. It's a field in which she thrives and feels the most comfortable in. Making others share her bubbly persona and checking out good looking guys. It's perfect really.
When it comes to the opposite sex, Abbi isn't too different to most girls. She likes a hot guy as much as the next girl and isn't too good for abit of flirting. She can get a little boy crazy at times but refrains from doing anything slutty. Kissing a few guys is very different than sleeping with them and Abigail is the perfect example of that. Get a few drinks in her and she'll flirt away and probably end up hooking up with someone but she draws the line there. It's the same with partying. She loves a good time but knows how to limit herself. Drunk sluts are disgusting in her eyes.
Overall Abigail Phillips is sweet, bubbly, friendly, respectful, reserved at times, eager to please and a ball of energy.

The Phillips family aren't the most interesting family you would find. They have had their dramas and some of them have been abit shocking but Abigail has never considered them anything special.
Adrian and Lisa Phillips married twenty years ago and have remained happily so. No cheating, no lying, just two people who have stayed in love throughout all of lifes hardships. Three years after marrying they had their baby girl Abigail and four years later they had their son Alexander.
Abigail and her brother grew up in Las Vegas. It wasn't nearly as glamourous as people like to think it was. They all lived in an average sized house, went to public schools and were typical kids. Everyone had everything they needed and Lisa and Adrian were very good providers for their children. Lisa worked as a school guidance counsellor and Adrian worked as a plastic surgeon. I know what you're thinking, his job must have been raking in cash and he must have been extremely shallow. This wasn't the case however.
With much bigger practices in Vegas, Adrian's did well but money wasn;t something the family could throw around. As for body image and self esteem, the Phillips were constantly reminded of how they were perfect the way they were and Abbi was always told she was never to have cosmetic surgeory.
It was safe to say that their lives were great. Both parents were involved with their children, everyone ate dinner at six o'clock and they've always been a tight knit family. Abbi started highschool and loved every bit of it. She loved making new friends and as soon as she joined the cheerleading squad she felt complete.
The true closeness of the family was really put to the test at the end of last year however. A malpractice suit was filed against Abbi's father by an unhappy client. An unhappy client with deep pockets and big mouth. Soon the case was even being shown on local news stations and Adrian was forced to close his practice. With the risk of not only losing his job but also the money to support his family, tensions rose. Every member of the family stood by each other though and it only brought them closer.
The court case was finally dropped due to facts left out by the plaintiff but people had already picked up their pitchforks. It wasn't all that dramatic but Adrian could no longer get work after the bad publicity he'd recieved. The decision was soon made. California was full of jobs and there was even a special soccer school Alexander could apply to. Since the rest of her family were happy to make the move, Abigail saw no need to complain. They needed this.
Now that she's arrived in California, Abbi is adjusting pretty well. Her father has a great new job, her brother is happy being the next big soccer star and she's started a new school. The first thing she did on her first day was try out for the squad and she got in right away. The only bad thing? Her mother just happened to get a job being the guidance counsellor at Central High. Abbi's not too keen on the idea of her mother working at her school but she's vowed to stay away from her during the day. All in all, things are looking up and Abbi is set on making this her new home.
