Maylin stands at 5’9, with a slim frame and just enough curves to get her by. Her ivory skin has the occasional freckle from years spent in the sun. She typically enjoys keeping her raven colored hair long, with just the slightest touch of a wave in it, though when she gets annoyed with it she has no problem throwing it in a loose bun on top her head. Her almond shaped eyes are light brown with an almost golden shine to it. When she’s trying to make a statement however, she enjoys wearing an assortment of different colored contacts, ranging from grey to blue, to her personal favourite, violet.

On a typical say she is most comfortable in guys jeans, but has no insecurities when it comes to wearing plaid school girl skirts, or rather revealing shorts, so long as they are paired nicely with a pair of long black leather boots and a pair of suspenders. Much of her wardrobe is littered with overly worn concert t-shirts and retro hello kitty shirts that seem 5 sized too small. With that being said, it’s apparent at first glance that Maylin knows that she is attractive, and is not always the type to dress modestly. She wears what she wants, when she wants, and typically carries the right attitude to pull it off

Not typically one for many piercings, she enjoys playing off her natural features with bold make up and colors. Though as a going away present to herself Lin spent quite a pretty penny on getting her first (and possibly only) tattoo. A rather intricate branch of a cherry blossom tree stems from her hip bone all along her side, past her ribs, and reaches up to the side of her right breast. It occasionally peeks out when she wears high cropped shirts, but it typically remains unseen unless she wants it to be noticed. Which can be often.

Personality:

This girl is a feisty creature, who is not afraid of making some noise, and doing whatever the hell she wants. Maylin has always been quick to make friends with the guys through her tomboyish attitude and her rather provocative dress. She had no problem shooting the shit with the guys, sneaking beers in late at night, or rocking out in someone’s garage. Especially the latter.

From the first time she heard the Ramones, she was in a deep passionate love with punk rock. Nothing seemed to be able to quench her palate as she was in a constant search for more music. It didn’t take long for her to save up enough money for a decent electric guitar, and started teaching herself how to play, one chord at a time. A real ambition of hers is to create an all girl rock band, for she constantly had lyrics floating idly through the back of her subconscious.

Back home she quickly adopted the nickname Hua among her closest group, which loosely translates to “man whore”. Not that she had ever spent time in some guy’s back seat, clumsily unbuttoning pants, but because she was notorious for turning straight girls gay. She would always shrug off the half hearted teasing from her buds about how many panties she had managed to find her way in, for she knew they had just as many stories to tell.

The truth was that she had known she was gay from the very beginning, and she felt like that alone set her apart from so many people, who didn’t know who they were. This knowledge gave Lin an unnatural amount of confidence that over the years developed into a “so what” attitude. It allowed her to be persistent in getting what she wanted, yet tentative to those around her. So long as she knows who she is, she is unstoppable.
