Sierra has what is described as beach waves that cascade down her shoulders, reaching just beneath the blades. It's a shiny light blonde colour, that contrasts with her golden brown tan. She doesn't do much to it in the morning, but often puts it up into messy buns and sloppy ponytails,adding a little detangler, with her bangs sweeping into her face.. She isn't one to fuss about her appearance, but adds a little bit of make up to cover up imperfections. She's naturally pretty, but strives to obtain more attention from her peers. She likes to wear bold outfits that compliments her figure while making her stand out from the crowd.

She puts on light and subtle make up during the day, for a touch up. Sierra has near perfect skin, with flaws here and there occasionally. She has light pink lips, that are thin but acceptable for her facial structure. Her eyes are hazel-brown and oval shaped, framed with medium length lashes and pretty low cheekbones. Her cheeks are not-so-naturally blushed, having to spend a minute of two on that in the morning before school. Like said before, she has a nice golden tan from the hot Californian sun, because she plays practically every sport she can join.

Her style is more out there than others. She loves to wear tons of bright colours. Shorts, skirts,and skinny jeans to show off her sporty figure that has curves, but some aren't in the right places. She's fairly busty and is proud to show off her assets, without shame. Her semi-tightly fitting blouses and tees flaunt her small figure, making everything come together. Often, she just wears tennis-shoes for easy accessibility to hunt the latest gossip scoops, but she does wear fashionable flats, too.

Sierra doesn't really like to dress up, unlike most people at her school in the higher cliques. She likes to wear comfortable clothes, since she's moving around a lot during the day, being involved in many sports and being a gossiper. She takes her role in the school very seriously, trying to dig up dirt on at least ¾ of the school. She's not too tall, at about 5'5, and is not growing any more. Over all, she's a very laid-back girl that enjoys spreading rumors about anyone.

Personality:

JEALOUS-- Sierra often can get jealous of others. Since her childhood career plummeted, she has always wanted her fame and popularity back. She envies those with a higher social status, with all the popularity. She hopes to one-day regain the life she had by being a celebrity and high school gossip girl. Quite often, she dreams of her future and tries to imagine herself in the place of many E!News reporters, where she believes she will one day be.

AMBITIOUS-- Si likes to succeed. All she wants to amount to in life is to once again become famous, even if it wasn't how she was before. Sierra is a very fast-paced girl that likes to keep up with everything going on and not be held back. Being very well organized is a must for her, to keep track of everything on her mind. She likes for everything to be neat and orderly, so she's a complete control freak. Mess with any of her stuff, and you'll have to face her wrath.

SELFISH-- Sierra does things for her own personal gain; that's probably why she doesn't have many friends. She doesn't care for the social ladder, she just cares about making herself the very best reporter, to get her to be noticed again. She likes to boss others around to get her orders done, allowing her to have a great social life with fake friends. She really, just uses them. She just wants to leave a mark at the school.

DECEIVING-- Sierra likes to twist peoples words until they become the perfect story. It is her job to, after all. She lies to her friends and likes to start fights between them, even if it calls for some... exaggeration. But even not being a gossip, she loves to stretch the truth and lie often to keep herself out of trouble. She's naturally defensive and argumentative, too.

History:

Sierra was born and raised in California, birthed by her two parents, Alicia and Patrick Mendoza. They had met in a little coffee shop in the LA area, before they clicked and started hanging out. More and more time together led to them becoming a couple, having their ups and downs. They fought over some of the stupidest things, but manged to make up in the end. At the ages of thirty and thirty-three, they had gotten engaged and were newly weds that were deeply in love. Then, came their daughter.

Sierra was born on June 11th, brightening the lives of her parents. They were so happy when Alicia first became pregnant with Sierra, but things got rougher when the pregnancy developed. They fought a bit more than usual, but it wasn't too big of a deal to them. As a toddler, Sierra took dance classes to help with her balance, like ballet and tap dancing, making her more elegant but dance also added to her confidence.

Once she hit the age of seven, Alicia and Patrick saw an ad for young actors to star in movies, having her audition for the major “kiddie” roles. They were anything but surprised when she landed the part. They could already tell that their daughter had the “star quality” that all the movie directors were looking for. Charisma, lithe movements, and happiness was what she had. And as a plus, she was downright adorable as a child.

When Sierra grew older, her popularity in movie productions went down drastically as she outgrew her curls and chubby cheeks, and went into her more awkward years as a preteen. She had broken out in acne and didn't fit the part as an actress, so they didn't cast her. Sierra was outraged that they wouldn't, even if she didn't look like she should have been in the movie. She still had feelings and she was disappointed.

As she blossomed into a teenager, she tried to clean up her skin problems, and kept it that way. She would look through articles online for casting calls, but even when she did audition, she didn't get the part. Her four years of fame were long gone and would never come back. When Sierra's parents realized that she wasn't as popular with the directors as she was when she was little, they decided to leave Hollywood and move to a smaller town named Central. They hoped to have better luck in the city than they did when in Hollywood, since it was smaller and way less populated.

Since then, Sierra has been in denial of what was the past and has been trying to make the big time as a celebrity reporter. Let's just hope her dream comes true.

Nice job Caroline! Her appearance was just great and really accurate. I love Sierra and I love how well you've developed the canon. She's going to be so interesting to watch, especially her interactions with other characters. Her ambition and sneaky nature have the potential to cause lots of drama.
