Appearence:
In public, Toni carries herself in what she can only really describe as skater or punk garb. She doesn't have a specific genre of clothing that she wears, and usually likes to just go on what she thinks is most comfortable rather than appearance, but at times she catches herself re-dressing in the morning, or before going out, because she doesn't like the way she looks. Usually her hair's let down to move freely, its wild strands going in whatever way they see fit, and she barely attempts to fix it up.Personality:
While at home, Toni doesn't care much about what she wears, or what her hair's doing. She usually throws it up and out of her face in a messy bun or high pony tail, and ignores it. Her clothes revolve around her pajamas, (usually a pair of boxers and a tank top), unless she knows someone's coming over or she gets an extremely weird urge to feel productive about something on a Saturday.
PIERCINGS
Toni would never, ever boast about her most expensive piercings to anyone; not even a boyfriend or girlfriend. Besides her ears both being pierced, Toni has two other piercings that she can't quite remember being conned into getting. Both her nipples are pierced, and hold small barbels. Naturally, she doesn't talk about them, and usually just ignores any questions someone may bring up about them during or after sex.
TATTOOS
Behind her right ear is the Roman numeral for the number thirteen. It's usually well hidden by her hair, and is only really visible when her hair's up. Even so, not many people notice it - exactly how she likes it.
HABITSHistory:
the most seen habits of Toni's are, biting her bottom lip and tearing her lip off; only apologizing with swearing; smoking; drinking; narcotics use; ignoring almost everything and then asking someone to repeat themselves countless times; answering a question with another question or answering with sarcasm without giving her proper answer; lying.
FEARS
Above anything in the world, Toni's terrified of driving in a car. It doesn't matter if she's behind the wheel, in the passenger seat, or sitting in the back. Ever since the car accident she was in when she was sixteen, everything about a car, and being on the road, makes her freeze up.
Along with cars, she's scared of snakes. It's not as bad as her fear for cars, but it's one that she doesn't have any confidence in ever getting over. Fake rubber snakes still make her jump.

STUBBORN
If Toni says that ducks are purple, in her mind, they'll be purple. She wont budge on her opinions without very good persuasive skills. It doesn't matter what her claim is, or how ridiculous it might be. Toni hates being dependent on someone else, as well. She absolutely hates asking for help, and it's really rare that she'll let something slip from her mouth that gives off the impression she needs it. Once her mind is set on something, she's determined to achieve it without help of any sort, and gets mildly offended when someone doesn't let her.
OBNOXIOUS
Like most girls who couldn't care about what people's opinions are about them, Toni's not very lady-like. Dresses and skirts are treated like pants or shorts, and she doesn't watch her language or actions around smaller children or her peers. Spitting, belching, and the like are all done as she pleases, and although she does care enough not to let her image get tainted with people thinking she's disgusted, she lets her boyish side come off in a much more dominant way than her feminine one. She likes to boast about having bigger balls than most of the guys she knows, and the phrase 'suck my dick' has been coming out of her mouth since she was allowed to swear without getting a cuff upside the back of the head.
IN YOUR FACE
Toni's extremely blunt, and very 'I don't give a shit' about the way she carries herself, especially in public. If she catches you glancing at her, and she takes whatever kind of offense to it, she'll let you know that she doesn't like it and there's gonna be hell to pay if you don't bugger off. It's gotten her into bad situations, most of which have landed her in either detention or a very serious discussion with authority figures, but she never learns her lesson.
NAIVE
It's not unheard of when someone says that a person's usually blinded by the things they don't want to see. Toni's exactly like that. If she doesn't want something to be true, in her mind, it's the farthest from the truth. She does it on purpose sometimes, but other times she's subconsciously righting something off and saying it's not true, or a lie. It makes the hurt dim before the realization floats back up, but sometimes it isn't always the smartest way for her to deal with things. It can also make it harder down the road, when the signs are everywhere, and she doesn't have the strength to lie to herself anymore about it.
LIAR
There's a lot to lie when it comes to Toni's point of view. She doesn't trust a lot of people, and therefore, usually everything she mentions is either a lie or the truth that's been altered in some way. She doesn't know why she lies half the time, because she doesn't look to make herself sound better, or to back talk someone and put them down without being face to face. It's become a pathological trait that she barely notices anymore when she starts off with saying something that's no where close to being true. Other times she lies to protect herself, or to seem like she's protecting herself.
ARTISTIC
Surprisingly, for someone who doesn't give much crap about literature, or anything related to the sort, Toni's quite the painter and sketcher. She can't work with colour unless it's through a paintbrush, with shading being her forte. Usually, she paints and sketches to express emotions she can't put into words- or emotions she can't say to someone. She finds portraying the inside of her mind on paper is much better. And although she's been drawing and painting since she could remember, she's extremely self conscious about her work, and hates sharing it with people who aren't that close to her.
INSECURE
Believe it or not, someone was forward and seemingly confident as Toni is extremely insecure. She has problems with her weight, her attitude, the way she seemingly can't get anything right. She doesn't allow herself to become depressed, the marijuana she smokes making it impossible for the depression to actually sink in, but she fully knows what she's not confident about everything she makes herself out to be. The only good thing about her insecurities is that she doesn't care if someone can see right through her veil of false confidence and sees them, because she's not ashamed of her insecurities. If anything, she's proud she's not pig headed enough not to have any at all. Toni's also worried that she'll never be good enough for anyone to actually love, and she'll end up like her father; attempting to battle loving children all by herself while choosing between a full-time job and her family.
Born on June second to a family of four, Toni was the last to complete the Walker family in San Fransisco. Unfortunately her mother, Claire, and her father, Theo, weren't as happy with each other as a couple as they let on. Because of this, Toni and her older brother by three years, Darrien, were put through a stalled divorce before she was two years old.Sample Rp:
Their mother wanted nothing more to do with the family after the divorce was filed, and willingly gave Theo custody of both children. With a full time job working as a firefighter, and no one else to look after his kids, he was forced to hire a weekly babysitter to look after the two young-ins.
Both siblings grew up without much guidance from their father, and instead relied on each other for support. Even without Theo in their lives as much as a father's expected to be, neither of them grew up to hate their dad. Which was extremely surprising, seeing as how they grew up hating their mother for walking out, despite the fact that they saw their father almost as less as their mother.
When Toni was eleven, her brother fourteen, she was given her fast taste of tobacco off a cigarette that her brother had stolen from a friend's parent. Admittedly, she hated the taste and the coughing, but the image that it gave her standing beside her older (and so much cooler brother) with a smoke in her hand was too exciting and confidence boosting for her to care about the small details.
At least, she didn't until her father found out she was smoking the occasional smoke when she was thirteen. He was enraged that she'd start "murdering" herself at such an early age, and he spent several hours after a long shift at the station explaining to her what the risks were of cigarettes, and other illegal substances for anyone under the age of twenty-one. He continued into drugs, and eventually, ended up talking about underage sexual encounters, and stressed to her extremely desperately that he wasn't ready to become a grandfather before he was forty. Toni made sure that she wasn't the only one getting hell for it, however, and she was quick to point her finger in her brother's direction. Regretfully so.
Three years passed, and the smoking incident was long forgotten. Toni and Darrien were as thick as thieves, and were the very definition of partners in crime. Even with her being three years younger, she was always invited out with Darrien and his friends. She held her own well enough that Darrien wasn't worried about her getting severely hurt, or offended. And, eventually, all of his friends became hers, as well.
Her habits were picked up from her group of friends, at first just offering to try something before realizing that she likes the effects and way things are. For example, her first taste of weed was at a basement party at their friend's house. Ryan was celebrating his eighteenth birthday, and his best friend had given him a bag of weed for his present. The weed was separated into bong sesh, and joints were rolled with the leftovers. After observing countless people pass around the homemade water bottle bong, Toni piped up that she wanted to try it. By the time her and her brother were off to head home, Toni felt like a bong champ, stupidly proud that she could pull an entire bowl without coughing half as much as the stoners that were there.
But not all fun was had that night. Naturally, there had been alcohol and countless other substances at the party that were altering to someone's senses. Darrien and Toni had barely made it down the street from Ryan's house when a driver coming back from an alcohol run struck Toni. He had slammed on the breaks quick enough to dim the speed, but she still hit the front bumper of the Mazda Mx3 and slammed over the car.
She had broken three ribs in the accident, and had had a severely bad concussion from the rolling fall she had made. Even with her condition, her father was extremely disappointed once again in her and her brother, but he didn't blame them for their mistakes this time. Theo blaming himself made Toni's recovery a lot more hard than it should've been, but she never let that slip up when she was asked, or inspected. In total, it took almost two and a half months for the bones to heal, and the pain to completely leave without painkillers.
Considering the party reputation Darrien already had, and the reputation Toni was starting to get, Theo thought it was best to move from San Fransisco. He was transferred to California, automatically making that their next destination as a family. Darrien, even though he was of age to move out on his own, chose to stay in order to look after Toni if she ever needed it. Not only that, but with her spending her seventeenth birthday in the midst of them moving, Darrien didn't want his sister to be alone for it.
