there's a fire, starting in my heart
Cecilia is a Royal Courter in her senior year of highschool. She's fun but high maintenance,doing the occasional drugs and drinking often. Cece would like to have great friendships, flings, and sometimes steady relationships.

Cecilia would definitely have friends that weren't too close to her. She doesn't like to trust many of her “friends” and spill her secrets to them, with them probably ending up on the bathroom wall.
