maybe the people/threads on the spotlight list could be determined by a poll thread? you pick 2 or 4, and people vote between them every month

it was discussed multiple times and we were going to do it for this spotlight, but we didn't exactly know how to go about it yet, but it will absolutely be conducted by member voting next spotlight (:
