Sebastian doesn't have the typical "Californian" look. He's English so what do you expect him to look like? Look most Europeans he has a big nose, which he finds rather annoying and plans on doing something surgical with it. Beside his nose most people compliment him on his ocean blue eyes or, depending on the suns reflecting, his smokey grey colored eyes. He often keeps his hair nice and short but long enough for him to mess around with it. He may be a Brit but he has perfectly straight, white teeth.

Sebastian weighs a solid 159 pounds, composed of muscles, and little fat. He often spends his time working out or swimming in his backyard. With his height it's often hard to find clothing in America, but even harder in Europe so he often gets designer made. As for his shoe size? Those are always ordered. Most stores don't get pass size 13 feet let alone 15 and a half.

Sebastian has a pretty good sense of fashion. He often wears dress pants and a button up shirt; designer made of course. It's usually a rare occasion that Sebastian wears jeans but he does have a pair in the back of his closet. He has a fetish of Rolex watches, literally. In his closet he has two compartments dedicated to his Rolex's.

Personality:

Sebastian's overall personality is lovable. He's the type of guy that most people like to be around. Whether it is having a small get together or an event in his backyard. He is shy at first but once you get to know him, he's very out going. His mother told him that most of her family is like that. But the Vanderpump blood adds a little coat of shyness.

As he grew older became more curious about things: drugs, smokes, alcohol, sex, and even sexual curiosity. Yes, Sebastian is bisexual and rather confused. To him it's a blessing and a curse. On the flip side, he gets to sleep with basically anyone he wants. But he doesn't know what he wants. When he first figured he was bisexual and confused Sebastian told his mother rather then his father and step-mother. Confused, Sebastian tries to find who and what he wants in love. Maybe he's suppose to be one of those Mormons. Is it possible for a Mormon to have wives AND husbands?

Under everything Sebastian is vulnerable and weak. Deep down he hides his sadness from the divorce that his parents had. He hides the hurt from his father. Sebastian's father isn't the only curious man in the family. Snooping around in his sons personal life, his father put pieces together and assumed his son was bisexual. And eventually confronted Sebastian about it. Since the confrontation, Sebastian looks at his father as a bully then a men.

Other then that Sebastian has a really short temper but offend one of his friends or family and he basically has no temper. During his elementary, junior and first few years of High school, Sebastian spend a lot of time in the office. Nobody really knows about it because his father keeps it hush hush and under the table. Usually with bribes or threatening not to donate something to the school. But that is just to keep his fathers social statues clear.

History:

Sebastian is a definite stranger to Central. He only moved to Central three years ago with his father, step-mother and two younger step-siblings. They had moved from London to Central because Sebastian's father, Maximilian moved his company to the United States due to the economy.

Sebastian was born in 1995 into what had seemed a picture perfect family. His mother, Elizabeth Vanderpump who was a well known interior and exterior designer. And father Maximilian Vanderpump, owner to many pubs, and extravagant restaurants and hotels. Growing up the three were perfect yet Sebastian would lay wake at night hearing the constant arguing of his parents. Even in a luxuries life they're many downfalls. During one of the arguments Sebastian laid in his bed quietly sobbing hearing them fight over the publicity that was going around about Maximilian having an mistress. It was later confirmed during a couples therapy session and Sebastian parents filed for divorce.

Growing up in London, Sebastian faced a lot of hardships during his elementary years. Dealing with kids bullying him, the constant bad mouthing about his mother when ever he would visit his father, and the slow yet painful process of having the mistress, Anna Hickenbacher, become his new mother. Dealing with the paparazzi and constant bullying at school Sebastian would keep his head up high with the help of his mother. She would always tell him how much she loved him and that the divorce was never his fault. Eventually he started to sing in the school choir and in the talent shows to deal with his high emotions.

With the economy going down Sebastians father made the smart move to open business across the United States and eventually move to Central, California. Where he learned quickly that appearance and social statues was everything.

During the summers, long breaks and holidays Sebastian flies over to London to spend time with his mother. During those times he often vents about his step-mother and how she's only using his father for money and social class. Oh, and how she treats him like dirt unlike the other two step-siblings. To visit his mother it's much like a well needed therapy session. One summer after grade 10, Sebastian went to Germany with his mom. There they visited friends, and it became a turning point for Sebastian. One early morning Sebastian left for the farmers market early to buy food to make his mother breakfast when he met a boy named Hance von Truwen. Sebastian knew something was a little different about him but he couldn't but his finger on it. Spending more and more time with Hance, Sebastian got himself into pot, booze and even sleeping around a lot. Hance wasn't exactly the best of people but Sebastian felt different towards him.

Hance had tagged along with Sebastian and his mother to the airport where he wasn't exactly expect the surprise. Hance had taken Sebastian away quickly from his mother to show him something. Alone, Hance confronted about his affection towards Sebastian and kissed him. In utter shock, Sebastian returned the kiss but felt confused. Since then he'd come to the realization he liked woman ... and men. During the flight back to London, Sebastian talked to his mother about were he accepted his confusion and supported him, telling him that whoever he ends up she will be happy with. Luckily when he got home to Central his mother didn't mention a word to his father and he kept it a secret deep down.

The habits that Sebastian got into in Germany followed him back to Central. Most of them that is. He stopped doing pot after getting caught in the guys washroom. But as for drinking and sleeping around it stayed. Sebastian often goes to his fathers clubs and parties hooking up with people, guy or girl. Most of his grade 11 year he spent at clubs and in the bedrooms of people he slept with. He earned many Friends with Benefits and drinking buddies. On top of the luxuries life style, he lived a "Good rich boy" by day and "Party bad boy" at night. On the final day of grade 11 Sebastian came home to his father wanting to talk to him in his study. Slightly confused Sebastian sat down not expecting what his father brought up. The conversation became more of a interrogation then a talk. During the conversation his father dropped the word "freak", meaning that because Sebastian was bisexual he was a "freak". Caught in shock Sebastian took a swing at his father leaving his cheek black and blue. Since then Sebastian's father often attacks him verbally about his sexuality. Since then Sebastian looks at his father as a bully, and doesn't plan on mending the relationship.

Sitting up Matthew twilled his wand in his hand. "12 inches and three-fourths... Walnut... Dragon heartstrings... Unyielding..." Matthew muttered to himself examining his new wand. Staring at the suitcases packed neatly in the corner of his room Matthew whipped his wrist widely. Bombarda! Within seconds the suitcases blew into millions of piece. Chunks of wood, silk, metal were all over the place, some on his bed. Sighing he sat up grabbing his white uniform shirt from the bed side. Rubbing his pale chest softly he slide himself into the uniform shit buttoning it up slowly. "Oculus Reparo..." Her muttered waving his wand lightly as the suitcases started to mend back together. It was just one of those days of Anthony. Not feeling right nor wrong. Just one of those cloudy days people get every now and then.

Slinging his Ravenclaw sweater over his shoulder Matthew walked out side of his dorm room. Heading down the storm to the beat of the water dripping from the roof. Just a minor leak nothing nobody couldn't fix. Sighing he leaned against the door frame of the staircase and the common room his wand still in his hand as he twilled it still. Looking at the Ravenclaw student body cramming for exams. Exams were in a few weeks and Matthew wasn't exactly worried. He had a photographic memory. The only flaw in that is that what he rights down HAS to be right. If it's wrong it'll take me a solid week and a half to get it out of his memory and three weeks of pure studies to get the proper and right way into his mind. Checking the bulletin, Matthew scanned around. Test schedule was up great. Defense Against the Dark Arts. Pass. Herbology. Pass. Potions. I'll actually have to study for this test... Matthew though to himself groaning in a small amount of pain. Potions was the one subject Matthew wasn't exactly good at. He was good with the theories and everything else. But when it came to actually mixing wolfbane and dragon scales into a cauldron wow damn! That's a whole other story on it's own.

Walking out of the Ravenclaw common room Matthew headed down to the grand staircase created by Rowena herself. Impressed, Matthew had always wondered what the school was like with the original founders. To be taught by the top four wizards in wizard history. Godric Griffindor, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw and Helga Hufflepuff. Who would be a idiot to go up against them? Powerful witches and wizards of their time. Merlin himself probably feared them too. Standing in the center of a staircase while in motion Matthew heard the familiar sound of his owl flying around. Looking up he whistled for it as he swooped down dropping a letter for him. Picking it up Matthew grinned right away when he saw the seal on the back of the letter.

Welcome to the site! I'm glad the application ended up working for you! Everything was very well responded to. I really like your character, especially his confusion with his sexuality. It should be interesting to some some plots with him. Just watch your spelling and make sure that sentences make sense. Other than that though, everything was great. Move onto Step Three and then you're ready to start plotting.
