Sebastian Vanderpump is defiantly not from Central. He comes from the great country of the UK. He moved to Central with his father and step-mother to make more money. He is a shy person at first but once you get to know him he is out going. He is also bisexual but rather confused. He doesn't really know what he wants in life.

What is life without a few enemies? Sebastian isn't the person to go blackmailing or back talking his enemies. If he has a beef with you he'll bring it out in the open, and usually in public just to add a little more drama.
